La nourriture est donc notre meilleur m\u00e9dicament. De plus il faut manger pour s\u2019alimenter et non pour survivre, comme le disait <strong>Hip\u00f3crates: <em>\u201cQue la nourriture soit ta m\u00e9decine et que la m\u00e9decine soit ta nourriture\u201d<\/em><\/strong>. Il est aujourd\u2019hui paradoxal que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, ayant les meilleures ressources alimentaires, soit souvent la plus mal-nourrie, principalement \u00e0 cause des mauvaises habitudes alimentaires et de l&#8217;exc\u00e8s de consommation de produits d&#8217;origine animale au d\u00e9triment de produits d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, contenants des phyto\u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 base de plantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le comprendre, nous devons remonter aux concepts de base et \u00e0 sa fonction alimentaire. Il existe les <strong>phyto\u00e9l\u00e9ments primaires<\/strong> qui sont les glucides ou les lipides, les prot\u00e9ines, les vitamines, les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments ou les min\u00e9raux, mais il existe aussi les <strong>phyto\u00e9l\u00e9ments secondaires<\/strong> sur lesquels nous allons nous concentrer aujourd&#8217;hui.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il y a pr\u00e8s de 30 000 substances diff\u00e9rentes qui ne servent pas directement \u00e0 la croissance de la plante mais de protection contre les produits nocifs tels que les rayons UVA, les toxines environnementales, etc\u2026. Mais, chez l&#8217;homme, elles ont une s\u00e9rie de fonctions, en particulier la protection et l&#8217;oxydation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si nos anc\u00eatres mangeaient 4 g par jour de ces substances; aujourd\u2019hui, nous n\u2019atteignons m\u00eame pas 1 g par jour. Ces substances antioxydantes sont beaucoup plus efficaces, si elles sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 dans le corps avant l\u2019apparation des substances toxiques. Il est donc souhaitable de les prendre avant, en tant que pr\u00e9vention. E<strong>lles ont pour ainsi dire, une fonction protectrice mais elle agissent mieux depuis la pr\u00e9vention<\/strong>. \u00a0Notre r\u00e9gime alimentaire habituel contient environ 15 substances fondamentales:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Les carot\u00e9no\u00efdes<\/u><\/strong> sont des pigments qui donnent les couleurs caract\u00e9ristiques du jaune et du rouge \u00e0 de nombreux fruits et l\u00e9gumes; elles se retrouvent \u00e9galement dans de nombreuses feuilles vertes fonc\u00e9es. Elles aident \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de la peau, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire et occulaire. En plus, elles ont des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antitumorales et leurs effets antioxydants peuvent prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 du sperme chez l\u2019homme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Les inhibiteurs d&#8217;enzymes<\/u><\/strong> sont des inhibiteurs de la digestion dans les l\u00e9gumineuses, les graines et les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales. Ils ont des effets anticanc\u00e9rog\u00e8nes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Les polyph\u00e9noles<\/u> <\/strong>donnent la couleur et l\u2019ar\u00f4me dans les fruits rouges, les l\u00e9gumes, les oignons.
