Mais avec l&#8217;\u00e2ge, une mauvaise alimentation, l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;antibiotiques et d&#8217;autres agents externes, les taux de bifidobact\u00e9ries diminuent.<\/p>\n<p>Le pourcentage de bifidobact\u00e9ries saines dans l&#8217;intestin humain pendant l&#8217;enfance est d\u2019environ 60%.<br \/>\n\u00c0 l&#8217;\u00e2ge adulte, les bifidobact\u00e9ries diminuent de 30% \u00e0 40%, puis leur proportion est d&#8217;environ 10% (vers 45-50 ans)\u00a0 pour arriver \u00e0 moins de 5% chez les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (plus de 60 ans)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8991\" title=\"pr\u00e9biotique\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/prebioticos.jpg\" alt=\"pr\u00e9biotique\" width=\"614\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/prebioticos.jpg 800w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/prebioticos-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/prebioticos-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour favoriser la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration des niveaux de bifidobact\u00e9ries, les chercheurs ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 une fibre pr\u00e9biotique appel\u00e9e Xylooligosaccharide (XOS), qui est fabriqu\u00e9e \u00e0 partir d\u2019\u00e9pis\u00a0 de ma\u00efs non transg\u00e9niques.<br \/>\nLa XOS fournit un environnement naturel id\u00e9al pour que les bact\u00e9ries saines prosp\u00e8rent dans le tractus gastro-intestinal.<br \/>\nIl a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que la XOS aide \u00e0 restaurer la sant\u00e9 intestinale et favorise la pr\u00e9sence de bifidobact\u00e9ries en seulement 14 jours, sans encourager pour autant d&#8217;autres bact\u00e9ries nocives.<br \/>\nLa prise, m\u00eame en petites quantit\u00e9s de ce pr\u00e9biotique, s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e efficace.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quand il y a moins de bifidobact\u00e9ries, cela signifie que les bact\u00e9ries dangereuses et malsaines ont plus d&#8217;espace pour prolif\u00e9rer.
