Il y a, depuis la cellule aux syst\u00e8mes organiques, un ordre m\u00e9ticuleux, une communication coh\u00e9rente et un retour d\u2019informations continue afin de maintenir l&#8217;hom\u00e9ostasie du corps. Le microbiote intestinal contribue \u00e0 cette hom\u00e9ostasie en remplissant une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de fonctions physiologiques, allant de la production d&#8217;\u00e9nergie et la modulation immunitaire \u00e0 la production de nutriments, d&#8217;hormones et de neurotransmetteurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des scientifiques ont prouv\u00e9 une relation bidirectionnelle entre les rythmes circadiens et le microbiome; par exemple, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couvert que l&#8217;alt\u00e9ration des rythmes circadiens, comme cela se produit avec le d\u00e9calage horaire, interrompt le microbiote intestinal, y compris sa diversit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9 que les rythmes circadiens affectent la motilit\u00e9 intestinale, la d\u00e9sintoxication h\u00e9patique et le transport des nutriments. Comme nous l&#8217;avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9, au moins 80% de la s\u00e9rotonine est produite par des bact\u00e9ries intestinales. (Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les bact\u00e9ries Streptococcus, Escherichia souches et Enterococcus)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La s\u00e9rotonine influence le cycle sommeil \/ \u00e9veil de deux fa\u00e7ons:<br \/>\nTout d&#8217;abord, il contribue \u00e0 des habitudes de sommeil optimales gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa conversion en m\u00e9latonine.<br \/>\nEt deuxi\u00e8mement, il r\u00e9gule l&#8217;humeur en soulageant l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ou la d\u00e9pression.<br \/>\nDes niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s de stress peuvent r\u00e9duire les niveaux de s\u00e9rotonine et provoquer une perturbation du sommeil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un autre neurotransmetteur produit par les bact\u00e9ries intestinales est l&#8217;acide gamma-amino butyrique (GABA). Ses effets anxiolytiques et relaxants favorisent un sommeil optimal en diminuant les ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales b\u00eata et en augmentant les ondes c\u00e9r\u00e9brales alpha.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre rythme circadien et le rythme du microbiome ont une relation bidirectionnelle. Maintenir le microbiote intestinal en bonne sant\u00e9 est n\u00e9cessaire pour r\u00e9guler les niveaux de cortisol, produire des neurotransmetteurs indispensables pour dormir et r\u00e9guler le rythme circadien.
