{"id":8943,"date":"2018-04-17T15:30:23","date_gmt":"2018-04-17T13:30:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/?p=8943"},"modified":"2018-04-17T15:06:52","modified_gmt":"2018-04-17T13:06:52","slug":"relacion-entre-insomnio-y-microbiota-intestinal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/2018\/04\/17\/relacion-entre-insomnio-y-microbiota-intestinal\/","title":{"rendered":"Relaci\u00f3n entre insomnio y microbiota intestinal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8944 aligncenter\" title=\"insomnio y microbioma\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/insomnio-y-microbioma.sijpg_.jpg\" alt=\"insomnio y microbioma\" width=\"614\" height=\"409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/insomnio-y-microbioma.sijpg_.jpg 849w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/insomnio-y-microbioma.sijpg_-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/insomnio-y-microbioma.sijpg_-768x511.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El cuerpo humano es un organismo extremadamente inteligente e intrincadamente dise\u00f1ado.\u00a0Desde la c\u00e9lula hasta los sistemas org\u00e1nicos, existe un orden meticuloso, una comunicaci\u00f3n consistente y la retroalimentaci\u00f3n continua por tal de mantener la homeostasis del cuerpo.<br \/>\nLa microbiota intestinal contribuye a esta homeostasis mediante la realizaci\u00f3n de una amplia variedad de funciones fisiol\u00f3gicas, que van desde la producci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda y la modulaci\u00f3n inmune hasta la producci\u00f3n de nutrientes, hormonas y neurotransmisores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los investigadores han demostrado una <strong>relaci\u00f3n bidireccional entre los ritmos circadianos y el microbioma<\/strong>;\u00a0por ejemplo, se ha descubierto que la alteraci\u00f3n de los ritmos circadianos, como ocurre con el desfase horario, interrumpe la microbiota intestinal, incluida su diversidad.<br \/>\nSe ha sugerido que los ritmos circadianos afectan la motilidad intestinal, a la desintoxicaci\u00f3n hep\u00e1tica y al transporte de nutrientes.\u00a0Cuando se interrumpe el ritmo circadiano o el ritmo del microbioma, puede haber intolerancia a la glucosa, aumento de peso y cambios metab\u00f3licos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una investigaci\u00f3n reciente ha demostrado que los microbios intestinales no permanecen en la misma posici\u00f3n durante todo el d\u00eda;\u00a0m\u00e1s bien, migran a lo largo del d\u00eda.<br \/>\nDe tal manera que el ritmo del microbioma puede verse influido de varias maneras: por la hora del d\u00eda en que comemos, por los tipos de alimentos que ingerimos y por nuestro propio ritmo circadiano.\u00a0Ser constante en nuestros h\u00e1bitos diarios y participar en elecciones saludables ayuda a mantener un ritmo circadiano bien regulado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8945\" title=\"microbioma\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/microbioma-1024x926.jpg\" alt=\"microbioma\" width=\"614\" height=\"555\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/microbioma-1024x926.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/microbioma-300x271.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/microbioma-768x694.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0La microbiota intestinal y los neurotransmisores<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un neurotransmisor que contribuye significativamente a los patrones de sue\u00f1o saludables es la serotonina.\u00a0Como ya hemos mencionado alguna vez, \u00a0al menos el 80% de la serotonina es producido por las bacterias intestinales. (Concretamente las bacterias\u00a0<em>Streptococcus<\/em>\u00a0,\u00a0<em>Escherichia<\/em>\u00a0cepas, y Enterococcus)<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La serotonina influye en el ciclo de sue\u00f1o \/ vigilia de dos maneras: En primer lugar, contribuye a los patrones de sue\u00f1o \u00f3ptimos a trav\u00e9s de su conversi\u00f3n a la melatonina.\u00a0 En segundo lugar, regula el estado de \u00e1nimo mediante el alivio de la ansiedad o la depresi\u00f3n.
