Durante uma les\u00e3o ou infe\u00e7\u00e3o, o corpo liberta subst\u00e2ncias qu\u00edmicas que ajudam na prote\u00e7\u00e3o e luta contra os organismos prejudiciais.\u00a0Isto pode causar vermelhid\u00e3o, calor e edema.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No entanto, alguns alimentos, como o a\u00e7\u00facar, tamb\u00e9m podem provocar inflama\u00e7\u00e3o, isto \u00e9, o nosso corpo reage de forma semelhante \u00e0 rea\u00e7\u00e3o a uma les\u00e3o ou infe\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Os estudos realizados a este respeito demonstraram que o consumo abusivo de alimentos ricos em a\u00e7\u00facares simples ou refinados pode causar inflama\u00e7\u00e3o cr\u00f3nica de grau inferior e com o tempo, dar lugar a problemas de sa\u00fade graves, tais como doen\u00e7as card\u00edacas, m\u00fasculo-esquel\u00e9ticas, autoimunes, diabetes, alergias e cancro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em 2014, foi realizado um estudo para comparar os efeitos da frutose e a glucose na inflama\u00e7\u00e3o. Os sujeitos do estudo receberam apenas uma dose de 50 g de frutose. Esta \u00fanica dose de frutose produziu n\u00edveis significativamente mais elevados do marcador inflamat\u00f3rio da prote\u00edna C reativa (CRP).<br \/>\nO aumento da inflama\u00e7\u00e3o foi evidente em apenas 30 minutos ap\u00f3s consumir a frutose, e estes n\u00edveis aumentaram ainda mais, duas horas depois. (50 gramas de frutose equivalem aproximadamente a duas latas de refrigerante).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A prote\u00edna C-reativa (CRP) \u00e9 uma subst\u00e2ncia produzida pelo f\u00edgado em resposta \u00e0 inflama\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0 Um n\u00edvel elevado de CRP no sangue \u00e9 um marcador de inflama\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0Pode ser causado por v\u00e1rias patologias, desde infe\u00e7\u00e3o at\u00e9 ao cancro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quando o n\u00edvel de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue aumenta rapidamente, o a\u00e7\u00facar adere ao colag\u00e9nio num processo designado por \u00abglicosila\u00e7\u00e3o\u00bb, que provoca uma resposta inflamat\u00f3ria no corpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A prote\u00edna C-reativa (CRP) n\u00e3o se encontra nos alimentos. No entanto, os seus n\u00edveis s\u00e3o seriamente influenciados pela dieta.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V\u00e1rios estudos que tamb\u00e9m contemplam os n\u00edveis de CRP, mostram uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre o consumo elevado de a\u00e7\u00facar e uma variedade de patologias do tipo m\u00fasculo-esquel\u00e9tico, onde para al\u00e9m da artrite tamb\u00e9m se inclui a fibromialgia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9 o caso de um estudo recente realizado na Escola de Medicina de Harvard, no qual se constatou que as mulheres que comiam grandes quantidades de hidratos de carbono com um elevado \u00edndice glic\u00e9mico, tinham n\u00edveis muito elevados de CRP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O corpo produz CRP a partir da interleucina-6 (IL-6), um poderoso qu\u00edmico inflamat\u00f3rio.<br \/>\nA IL-6 \u00e9 uma mol\u00e9cula chave de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o celular, respons\u00e1vel por avisar o sistema imunol\u00f3gico para entrar em a\u00e7\u00e3o, libertando CRP e muitas outras subst\u00e2ncias que causam inflama\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O excesso de peso tamb\u00e9m aumenta a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o devido ao facto das c\u00e9lulas adiposas, particularmente as que se encontram em volta da zona do abd\u00f3men, produzem grandes quantidades de IL-6 e CRP.<br \/>\n\u00c0 medida que aumentam os n\u00edveis de a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue, tamb\u00e9m aumentam os n\u00edveis de IL-6 e\u00a0 CRP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8890\" title=\"a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/inflamaci\u00f3n-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o\" width=\"614\" height=\"345\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/inflamaci\u00f3n-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/inflamaci\u00f3n-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/inflamaci\u00f3n-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/inflamaci\u00f3n.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Como \u00e9 que o a\u00e7\u00facar provoca a inflama\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Por excesso de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de AGEs: <\/strong><br \/>\nOs AGEs s\u00e3o os produtos finais do processo de glica\u00e7\u00e3o avan\u00e7ada.
