Lors d&#8217;une blessure ou d&#8217;une infection, le corps lib\u00e8re des produits chimiques pour aider \u00e0 le prot\u00e9ger et \u00e0 lutter contre les organismes nuisibles, pouvant provoquer rougeur, chaleur et enflure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cependant, certains aliments, comme le sucre, peuvent \u00e9galement causer de l&#8217;inflammation, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire que notre corps r\u00e9agit de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que s\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une blessure ou d\u2019une infection.<br \/>\nDes \u00e9tudes men\u00e9es \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard montrent que l&#8217;abus d&#8217;aliments riches en sucres simples ou raffin\u00e9s peut provoquer une inflammation chronique et au fil du temps, causer de graves probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 tels que cardiopathie, troubles musculo-squelettiques, diab\u00e8te, allergies et cancer.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En 2014, une \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e pour comparer les effets du fructose et du glucose sur l&#8217;inflammation. Les patients ont re\u00e7u seulement une dose unique de 50 g de fructose. Cette dose unique de fructose a produit des niveaux significativement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que l\u2019indicateur\u00a0 inflammatoire de la prot\u00e9ine C-r\u00e9active (CRP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;augmentation de l&#8217;inflammation \u00e9tait \u00e9vidente seulement 30 minutes apr\u00e8s avoir ing\u00e9r\u00e9e le fructose, et ces niveaux ont augment\u00e9 deux heures plus tard. (50 grammes de fructose \u00e9quivalent \u00e0 environ deux canettes de soda).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prot\u00e9ine C-r\u00e9active (CRP) est une substance produite par le foie en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 l&#8217;inflammation. Un taux \u00e9lev\u00e9 de CRP dans le sang est un indicateur de l&#8217;inflammation et il est normalement synonyme de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, allant d\u2019une simple infection au cancer.<br \/>\nLorsque le niveau de sucre dans le sang augmente rapidement, le sucre se colle au collag\u00e8ne dans un processus appel\u00e9 \u00abglycosylation\u00bb, et cela\u00a0 provoque une r\u00e9ponse inflammatoire dans le corps.<br \/>\nLa prot\u00e9ine C-r\u00e9active (CRP) ne se trouve pas dans les aliments. Cependant, l\u2019alimentation influence de mani\u00e8re importante leurs niveaux<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plusieurs recherches qui \u00e9tudient les niveaux de CRP montrent une relation entre la consommation \u00e9lev\u00e9e de sucre et les troubles musculo-squelettiques, comme par exemple l\u2019arthrite ou\u00a0 \u00e9galement la fibromyalgie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C&#8217;est le cas d&#8217;une \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente men\u00e9e \u00e0 la \u00ab\u00a0Harvard Medical School\u00a0\u00bb, qui a constat\u00e9 que les femmes qui mangeaient une grande quantit\u00e9 de glucides \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9, avaient des niveaux tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s de CRP.<br \/>\nLe corps produit de la CRP \u00e0 partir de l&#8217;interleukine-6 \u200b\u200b(IL-6), un puissant produit chimique inflammatoire.<br \/>\nL&#8217;IL-6 est une mol\u00e9cule de communication cellulaire tr\u00e8s importante, responsable d\u2019informer le syst\u00e8me immunitaire qu\u2019il doit d\u2019agir, lib\u00e9rant ainsi la CRP et de nombreuses autres substances qui provoquent l&#8217;inflammation.<br \/>\nLe surpoids augmente \u00e9galement l&#8217;inflammation, car les cellules graisseuses, particuli\u00e8rement celles qui entourent l&#8217;abdomen, produisent de grandes quantit\u00e9s d&#8217;IL-6 et de CRP. La glycation vient du mot Glucose. C\u2019est le r\u00e9sultat de la r\u00e9action du corps face aux sucres que nous consommons dans les aliments. Trop d&#8217;AGE m\u00e8nent au stress oxydatif et \u00e0 l&#8217;inflammation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En raison de l&#8217;augmentation de la perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intestinale:<\/strong><br \/>\nLes bact\u00e9ries, les toxines et les particules de nourriture non dig\u00e9r\u00e9es peuvent sortir plus facilement de l&#8217;intestin et entrer dans la circulation sanguine, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une inflammation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>En raison d&#8217;un exc\u00e8s de \u00abmauvais\u00bb cholest\u00e9rol LDL:<\/strong><br \/>\nL&#8217;exc\u00e8s de cholest\u00e9rol LDL a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des niveaux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s de prot\u00e9ine C-r\u00e9active (CRP).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Gain de poids:<\/strong><br \/>\nUne alimentation riche en sucres ajout\u00e9s et en glucides raffin\u00e9s peut entra\u00eener une prise de poids. L&#8217;exc\u00e8s de graisse corporelle est li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;inflammation, en partie \u00e0 cause de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l&#8217;insuline.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est important de rappeler que l&#8217;inflammation est peu susceptible d&#8217;\u00eatre caus\u00e9e par le sucre uniquement.
