Vous devez \u00e9viter de trop exercer une articulation enflamm\u00e9e ou \u00abchaude\u00bb, mais vous pouvez la faire bouger en douceur tout au long de votre amplitude de mouvement. La natation est un exercice particuli\u00e8rement recommand\u00e9 pour les personnes atteintes d&#8217;arthrite.
