Seguidamente os recomendamos algunos de ellos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Vitamina D<br \/>\n<\/strong>La investigaci\u00f3n muestra que la optimizaci\u00f3n de los niveles de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kit-de-testaje-tratamiento\/99-test-de-vitaminas.html\">vitamina D<\/a> es una de las mejores estrategias para mantenerse saludable y evitar el resfriado com\u00fan, la gripe y otros virus estacionales.\u00a0A trav\u00e9s de una cadena de reacciones qu\u00edmicas, la vitamina D aumenta la producci\u00f3n de una sustancia llamada catelicidina en c\u00e9lulas del sistema inmune como las c\u00e9lulas asesinas naturales (NK), neutr\u00f3filos y monocitos, que atacan a los pat\u00f3genos invasores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
