Il s\u2019est ensuite fait conna\u00eetre en Russie, en Inde et au Japon, o\u00f9 il est devenu un produit de base chez les guerriers samoura\u00efs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Kombucha\u00a0est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir du th\u00e9 vert, noir et blanc.\u00a0Il est ferment\u00e9 pendant au moins une semaine avec du sucre et une culture de champignons qui consiste en un m\u00e9lange de bact\u00e9ries et de germes. C\u2019est une boisson\u00a0probiotique\u00a0avec des bact\u00e9ries utiles qui aident \u00e0 la digestion et au syst\u00e8me immunologique.\u00a0Il contient aussi des enzymes, des acides amin\u00e9s, des anti-oxydants et des polyph\u00e9nols.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u00e9cemment, les chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Lettonie ont r\u00e9uni 75 \u00e9tudes qui d\u00e9montrent les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s prouv\u00e9es du kombucha pour la sant\u00e9. Il se combine avec des toxines telles que des produits pharmaceutiques et des polluants environnementaux, les transformant en compos\u00e9s solubles et ainsi le corps peut les \u00e9liminer.
