Ad esempio:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Grazie al suo alto contenuto di fibre contribuisce alla perdita di peso e al corretto transito intestinale.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I semi di zucca sono ricchi di fitosteroli, che contribuiscono a ridurre il colesterolo LDL o colesterolo \u201ccattivo\u201d.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contiene beta-carotene, un antiossidante che svolge un ruolo fondamentale nella prevenzione del cancro.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">I semi di zucca sono poi ricchi di amminoacidi triptofano, importanti per la produzione della serotonina e del GABA, per regolare il nostro stato d\u2019animo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8180\" title=\"I semi di zucca\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Las-semillas-de-calabaza.jpg\" alt=\"I semi di zucca\" width=\"615\" height=\"410\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Las-semillas-de-calabaza.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Las-semillas-de-calabaza-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Las-semillas-de-calabaza-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/Las-semillas-de-calabaza-1024x683.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 615px) 100vw, 615px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inoltre, sono particolarmente consigliati agli uomini. Alcuni studi dimostrano che l\u2019olio dei semi di zucca blocca la crescita della prostata. 30 gr di semi di zucca contengono circa 2,75 mg di zinco (circa il 17% del consumo giornaliero consigliato agli adulti), che favorisce la salute sessuale maschile. Secondo uno studio realizzato dall\u2019Universit\u00e0 Statale del Wayne, gli uomini che hanno ridotto la dose giornaliera di zinco nella loro dieta hanno visto i propri livelli di testosterone abbassarsi notevolmente gi\u00e0 dopo 20 settimane.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Circa 125 gr di zucca cotta ricarica il nostro organismo con 564 mg di potassio. Questo potassio extra aiuta a ristabilire l\u2019equilibrio degli elettroliti nel corpo dopo un allenamento pesante e a mantenere i muscoli in ottimo stato.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con ben 7.384 mg ogni 100 g, la zucca \u00e8 uno degli ortaggi della famiglia delle Cucurbitacee che contiene pi\u00f9 vitamina A, fornendo approssimativamente il 246% dell\u2019RDA (o dose giornaliera consigliata). La vitamina A \u00e8 un potente antiossidante naturale necessario per mantenere integra la pelle e la mucosa e fondamentale per la vista.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Inoltre, \u00e8 una fonte di vitamina C. 125 gr di zucca contengono pi\u00f9 di 11 mg di vitamina C, quasi il 20% dei 60 mg al giorno che l\u2019IOM consiglia alle donne (per gli uomini sono 75 mg).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La zucca \u00e8 poi un\u2019ottima fonte di vitamine del complesso B, come l\u2019acido folico, la niacina, la vitamina B6 (piridossina), la tiamina e l\u2019acido pantotenico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Possiamo quindi affermare che sia la zucca che i suoi semi sono ricchissimi di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/it\/kit-del-test-trattamento\/98-test-degli-amminoacidi.html\">proteine (amminoacidi)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/it\/kit-del-test-trattamento\/205-test-dei-sali-minerali.html\">sali minerali<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/it\/kit-del-test-trattamento\/99-test-delle-vitamine.html\">vitamine<\/a> fondamentali per la nostra salute.
