Une \u00e9tude de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 Wayne State montre que les hommes ayant r\u00e9duit leur consommation de zinc dans leur alimentation avaient des niveaux de testost\u00e9rone nettement inf\u00e9rieurs au bout de 20 semaines.<br \/>\nUne tasse de citrouille cuite fournit \u00e0 notre corps avec environ 564 milligrammes de potassium. Apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9ance d&#8217;entra\u00eenement intense, l&#8217;ingestion suppl\u00e9mentaire de potassium contribue \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir l&#8217;\u00e9quilibre \u00e9lectrolytique du corps et aide a maintenir les muscles dans un \u00e9tat optimal.<br \/>\nAvec 7384 mg par 100 g, la citrouille est un l\u00e9gume appartenant\u00a0 \u00e0 la famille des cucurbitac\u00e9es avec des niveaux tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9s de vitamine A, apportant environ 246% RDA. La vitamine A est un antioxydant naturel puissant et l&#8217;organisme en a besoin pour maintenir l&#8217;int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de la peau et des muqueuses. La vitamine A est \u00e9galement essentielle pour la vue.<br \/>\nEn outre, la citrouille est riche en vitamine C. Une tasse de citrouille cuite contient plus de 11 milligrammes, soit pr\u00e8s de 20% des 60 mg \/ jour que le FNB-IOM (Food and Nutrition Board of the American Institute of Medicine) recommande pour les femmes. Pour les hommes, cette institution am\u00e9ricaine recommande environ 75 milligrammes.<br \/>\nLa citrouille est une bonne source de vitamines B, comme l&#8217;acide folique, la niacine, la vitamine B-6 (pyridoxine), la thiamine et l&#8217;acide pantoth\u00e9nique.<\/p>\n<p>Par cons\u00e9quent, aussi bien la citrouille que ses graines sont une source concentr\u00e9e de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-traitement\/98-test-daminoacides.html\">prot\u00e9ines (acides amin\u00e9s)<\/a>, de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-traitement\/205-kit-de-sels-mineraux.html\">min\u00e9raux<\/a> et de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-traitement\/99-test-de-vitamines.html\">vitamines<\/a> qui influent de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s positive sur la sant\u00e9 .
