L&#8217;existence du SNE est la raison pour laquelle l&#8217;intestin est connu comme le \u00abdeuxi\u00e8me cerveau\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e9sormais, nous savons que le SNE peut travailler de fa\u00e7on autonome ou en collaboration avec le cerveau.<br \/>\nLe SNE d\u00e9tecte les menaces environnementales de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que nos yeux, notre nez, notre peau, etc. Une grande partie de l&#8217;information de l&#8217;environnement ext\u00e9rieur vient de notre intestin, et m\u00eame si cette information affecte notre bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, nous n&#8217;en sommes pas toujours conscients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le nerf vague est l&#8217;un des principaux acteurs dans la relation du SNE avec le cerveau et l&#8217;intestin. C&#8217;est le nerf cr\u00e2nien le plus long et ce nerf a la plus large distribution de tout le corps. Cependant, la ghr\u00e9line nous donne aussi plus faim.
