Infatti, la maggior parte dei benefici dello sport studiati per la prevenzione delle malattie cardiovascolari si ricollegano alla capacit\u00e0 di migliorare lo stato d\u2019animo delle persone, cos\u00ec come la funzione del sistema cardiovascolare.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Numerosi studi clinici hanno dimostrato che l\u2019esercizio f\u00edsico <strong>ha un grande effetto antidepressivo<\/strong> e che tutte le attivit\u00e0 fisiche riducono i sintomi legati all\u2019ansia, alla depressione e al malessere. \u00c8 per questo motivo che chi svolge regolarmente esercizio fisico ha una maggiore autostima, si sente meglio ed \u00e8 molto pi\u00f9 felice di chi non ne pratica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Questo perch\u00e9 il regolare esercizio fisico aumenta la quantit\u00e0 di endorfine, collegate direttamente allo stato d\u2019animo della persona. Ci\u00f2 \u00e8 dimostrato in uno degli studi pi\u00f9 interessanti a riguardo, in cui si mettono a paragone i livelli di beta endorfine e il tipo di depressione di dieci persone praticanti esercizio fisico in modo regolare con quelli di dieci persone della stessa et\u00e0 che conducono una vita sedentaria. Questi ultimi risultano molto pi\u00f9 depressi e pi\u00f9 stressati, presentando una quantit\u00e0 maggiore di cortisolo e una minore di beta endorfine. Si \u00e8 arrivati quindi alla conclusione che l\u2019esercizio favorisce un\u2019unione biochimica diretta tra attivit\u00e0 fisica e depressione e che \u00e8 fondamentale <strong>per prevenire la depressione<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Allo stesso modo, si \u00e8 poi registrata una certa relazione tra i problemi citati e la carenza nutrizionale. In realt\u00e0, questa carenza \u00e8 solita indicare un problema riguardante lo stato d\u2019animo, dal momento che <strong>il deficit di una qualsiasi sostanza nutritiva pu\u00f2 alterare la funzione cerebrale<\/strong> e causare uno stato depressivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per questo motivo, in questi casi \u00e8 fondamentale somministrare determinate vitamine e sali minerali, molto spesso ad ampio spettro (multivitaminici e sali minerali) in quanto molte persone affette da depressione presentano un carenza di varie sostanze nutritive come l\u2019acido folico, la vitamina B 12 e la vitamina B 6.
