De hecho muchos de los efectos beneficiosos del deporte observados en la prevenci\u00f3n de enfermedades cardiovasculares est\u00e1n relacionados con su capacidad para mejorar el estado de \u00e1nimo de las personas, as\u00ed la funci\u00f3n del sistema cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Varios estudios cl\u00ednicos han demostrado claramente que el ejercicio <strong>tiene un gran efecto antidepresivo<\/strong>, en estos estudios se ha demostrado que una mayor participaci\u00f3n en deportes y actividades f\u00edsicas de todo tipo, reducir\u00eda los s\u00edntomas de ansiedad, depresi\u00f3n y malestar. Es por ello que las personas que hacen ejercicio de forma regular tienen una mayor autoestima, se sienten mejor y son muchos m\u00e1s felices que las personas que no hacen\u00a0 ejercicio habitualmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Esto es debido a que el ejercicio regular aumenta el nivel de endorfinas, las cuales est\u00e1n directamente relacionadas con el \u00e1nimo de la persona. Esto est\u00e1 demostrado en uno de los estudios m\u00e1s interesantes al respecto, en el mismo se comparaban los niveles de beta endorfinas y el tipo de depresi\u00f3n de diez personas que hac\u00edan ejercicio regularmente en relaci\u00f3n con otras diez personas sedentarios de esa misma edad. \u00c9stos \u00faltimos estaban mucho m\u00e1s deprimidos, sent\u00edan m\u00e1s estr\u00e9s diariamente y presentaban un mayor nivel de cortisol as\u00ed como niveles m\u00e1s bajos de beta endorfinas. Los investigadores constataron que el ejercicio fomenta una uni\u00f3n bioqu\u00edmica entre actividad f\u00edsica y depresi\u00f3n directa y es fundamental para prevenir la depresi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En relaci\u00f3n a este mismo tema tambi\u00e9n se vio cierta correlaci\u00f3n directa entre los problemas citados y la carencia nutricional. Realmente est\u00e1 posible carencia es solo un indicador del problema sobre el estado de \u00e1nimo, ya que un <strong>d\u00e9ficit nutricional<\/strong> de cualquier nutriente se ha comprobado puede alterar la funci\u00f3n cerebral y llevarnos a un estado depresivo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por ello es fundamental suplementar a estas personas con ciertas vitaminas y minerales, muchas veces hay que dar un amplio espectro (complejo de multivitaminas y minerales) ya que muchos personas con depresi\u00f3n presentaban carencia de varios nutrientes como \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico, vitamina B 12 y vitamina B 6.
