Tambi\u00e9n contienen az\u00facar simple los refrescos con gas, los zumos envasados y los carbohidratos refinados.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La estabilidad del az\u00facar en la sangre es de vital importancia para estar mentalmente sanos. Para que nuestro cuerpo no sufra alteraciones en sus niveles de glucosa disponemos de un \u00f3rgano exclusivamente dedicado a esta funci\u00f3n, <strong>el p\u00e1ncreas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Al consumir carbohidratos refinados, estamos provocando una excesiva subida de az\u00facar y el p\u00e1ncreas ha de esforzarse por poner todos los recursos disponibles para compensar este aumento con insulina.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cuando basamos nuestra alimentaci\u00f3n en carbohidratos refinados (boller\u00eda, pastas, harinas refinadas, arroz blanco, etc.) durante demasiados a\u00f1os, acabamos rompiendo el equilibrio de nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero, \u00bfqu\u00e9 sucede cuando se trunca esta armon\u00eda org\u00e1nica? Nos acaba afectando a <strong>importantes neurotransmisores<\/strong>; los que regulan el sue\u00f1o, nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo, la motivaci\u00f3n o el aprendizaje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/neurotransmisores.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6737\" title=\"neurotransmisores\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/neurotransmisores.jpg\" alt=\"neurotransmisores\" width=\"614\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/neurotransmisores.jpg 614w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/neurotransmisores-300x219.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambi\u00e9n puede provocar cierto descontrol en la conducta, ya que el az\u00facar acaba inhibiendo nuestros <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kits-de-testaje\/30-test-de-sistema-endocrino.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>mecanismos de neurotransmisi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/a>, es decir, la capacidad de trasladar la informaci\u00f3n de una neurona a otra, con lo cual la informaci\u00f3n tarda m\u00e1s en llegar o se pierde. Por tanto, nuestra capacidad de reacci\u00f3n o la memoria puede verse afectada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Investigaciones recientes, demuestran que el az\u00facar reduce dr\u00e1sticamente algunas sustancias con las que el cerebro elabora muchos de los neurotransmisores.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kits-enfermedades\/60-testaje-enfermedades-cerebro-y-sistema-nervioso.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>sistema nervioso<\/strong> <\/a>aprende a utilizar la glucosa del az\u00facar simple como combustible. En el hipot\u00e1lamo hay unos glucoreceptores que se encargan de vigilar y regular la cantidad de glucosa en nuestra sangre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si detecta que la cantidad de az\u00facar en sangre es deficiente, libera az\u00facar almacenada en el cuerpo y la convierte en glucosa. Pero, si, por el contrario, el nivel de glucosa es demasiado elevado, manda la orden al p\u00e1ncreas para que libere insulina y pueda paliar y metabolizar este exceso anormal de az\u00facar. Cuando nos pasa esto, estamos obligando al organismo a hacer un sobreesfuerzo constante y lo sobrecargamos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s, este cambio brusco de az\u00facar en sangre puede provocarnos cambios de humor e inestabilidad emocional.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tras a\u00f1os de consumo de az\u00facar simple, nuestro organismo va a necesitar mucho tiempo para estabilizar de nuevo el sistema nervioso, el endocrino y los desequilibrios en la conducta. Pudiendo llegar a provocar des\u00f3rdenes cr\u00f3nicos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por tanto, es recomendable que comencemos a crear conciencia de la importancia de modificar algunos h\u00e1bitos b\u00e1sicos, como, decantarse por la pasta, arroz y pan integral, no abusar de las bebidas azucaradas y sobretodo cultivar el h\u00e1bito de revisar la etiqueta de ingredientes en
