Cependant, il existe de nombreux autres aspects g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement m\u00e9connus sur les effets du calcium sur notre organisme et sur les autres min\u00e9raux n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 son absorption appropri\u00e9e. Par exemple, le magn\u00e9sium est essentiel pour avoir des os forts et sains, \u00e9tant indispensable \u00e0 la m\u00e9tabolisation du calcium.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Environ 95\u00a0% du calcium que nous consommons est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la min\u00e9ralisation des os et des dents.
