Si nous concentrons nos soins de sant\u00e9 dans l\u2019entretien et la pr\u00e9servation de nos enzymes, nous jouirons donc d\u2019un organisme sain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les enzymes agissent comme des catalyseurs des r\u00e9actions chimiques de l\u2019organisme. En d\u2019autres termes, chaque changement chimique qui se produit dans notre corps est ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019action des enzymes. \u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019ensemble du fonctionnement de notre corps est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par des r\u00e9actions chimiques continues, l\u2019importance des enzymes est vitale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le but ultime de ces r\u00e9actions chimiques est de produire l\u2019\u00e9nergie que nos cellules doivent utiliser afin de remplir les t\u00e2ches qui leur sont confi\u00e9es, que ce soit dans le syst\u00e8me digestif, cardiovasculaire, pulmonaire, immunitaire, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il existe trois diff\u00e9rents groupes d\u2019enzymes\u00a0: les enzymes digestives, les enzymes nutritionnelles et les enzymes m\u00e9taboliques. Voici quelques-unes des enzymes digestives les plus connues.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme leur nom l\u2019indique, les enzymes digestives sont responsables de la digestion des aliments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019<strong>amylase<\/strong> est un type d\u2019enzyme digestive pr\u00e9sent dans le suc pancr\u00e9atique qui hydrolyse l\u2019amidon. L\u2019amidon est le principal glucide de nombreuses esp\u00e8ces. Sans amylase, nous ne pourrions donc pas le dig\u00e9rer correctement. Chez la plupart des esp\u00e8ces, la principale source d\u2019amylase se trouve dans le pancr\u00e9as. Chez certains \u00eatres vivants, tels que l\u2019homme ou le porc, elle est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente dans la salive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>brom\u00e9la\u00efne <\/strong>est une autre enzyme digestive connue pour \u00eatre l\u2019un des composants enzymatiques de l\u2019ananas. Elle est tr\u00e8s bonne pour la circulation sanguine, contribuant \u00e0 dissoudre les \u00e9ventuels caillots et \u00e0 fluidifier le sang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elle pr\u00e9vient donc les futures maladies de l\u2019appareil circulatoire, telles que la thrombose, ou les crises cardiaques, et contribue \u00e0 diminuer la pression art\u00e9rielle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/lactasa-intolerancia-a-la-lactosa.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6558\" title=\"lactase, intol\u00e9rance au lactose\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/lactasa-intolerancia-a-la-lactosa.png\" alt=\"lactase, intol\u00e9rance au lactose\" width=\"614\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/lactasa-intolerancia-a-la-lactosa.png 614w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/lactasa-intolerancia-a-la-lactosa-300x219.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La <strong>lactase<\/strong> est l\u2019enzyme digestive la plus controvers\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. De nombreuses \u00e9tudes d\u00e9montrent la diminution progressive de la lactase dans notre organisme depuis que nous ne sommes plus des nourrissons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette enzyme qui permet de diviser le lactose en glucose et galactose, leur permettant d\u2019\u00eatre absorb\u00e9es par le sang, est pr\u00e9sente chez la plupart des b\u00e9b\u00e9s. Il y a 50 ans, les professionnels croyaient que cette enzyme \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sente aussi bien chez les enfants que chez les adultes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toutefois, des recherches ult\u00e9rieures ont contredit cette croyance et les chercheurs en sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 la conclusion qu\u2019environ 75\u00a0% des adultes pr\u00e9sentaient une <strong>intol\u00e9rance au lactose<\/strong> due \u00e0 ce manque de lactase.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il semble que l\u2019absence d\u2019enzymes digestives n\u00e9cessaires pour m\u00e9taboliser le lait de vache n\u2019est pas une anomalie, mais plut\u00f4t une norme chez les adultes, ce m\u00eame lait devenant alors n\u00e9faste pour la sant\u00e9, sauf s\u2019il est ferment\u00e9 comme dans le cas du yaourt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La<strong> lipase<\/strong> est une autre enzyme digestive pr\u00e9sente dans le suc pancr\u00e9atique qui hydrolyse les graisses. Les lipides ou les triglyc\u00e9rides ne peuvent pas \u00eatre absorb\u00e9s par la muqueuse intestinale sans l\u2019intervention de cette enzyme fondamentale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voil\u00e0 une br\u00e8ve explication de certains types d\u2019enzymes. N\u2019oublions pas qu\u2019environ 5\u2009000 types diff\u00e9rents sont \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre dans notre organisme. Parmi ces 5\u2009000 enzymes, environ 3\u2009000 sont produites par les bact\u00e9ries intestinales.
