Afin d\u2019en disposer en permanence et de les renouveler, il est indispensable de les ing\u00e9rer de fa\u00e7on continue \u00e0 travers notre alimentation. En effet, l\u2019alimentation est la seule fa\u00e7on de nous apporter chacun des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-traitement\/98-test-daminoacides.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>acides amin\u00e9s essentiels<\/strong> <\/a>qui forment les prot\u00e9ines, notre corps \u00e9tant incapable de les synth\u00e9tiser. Au contraire, les plantes les synth\u00e9tisent elles-m\u00eames, parfois m\u00eame \u00e0 travers l\u2019eau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par cons\u00e9quent, les aliments ing\u00e9r\u00e9s nous apportent des prot\u00e9ines d\u00e9j\u00e0 form\u00e9es, \u00e0 travers la consommation directe d\u2019aliments v\u00e9g\u00e9taux ou la consommation d\u2019animaux ayant pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment mang\u00e9 des plantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La conclusion selon laquelle toutes les prot\u00e9ines sont issues de plantes a conduit de nombreux mouvements \u00e0 promouvoir une alimentation plus saine. En effet, il est manifestement plus simple de recourir au d\u00e9but de la cha\u00eene alimentaire, les l\u00e9gumes, plut\u00f4t que d\u2019\u00e9lever des animaux pour ensuite manger leur viande.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que chaque kilo de prot\u00e9ine animale n\u00e9cessite sept kilos de prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les besoins en prot\u00e9ines recommand\u00e9s par la RDA se situent autour de 0,8g\/kg de poids d\u00e8s 19 ans et de 1 g\/kg entre 11 et 14 ans, bien que les doses recommand\u00e9es chez les athl\u00e8tes peuvent atteindre les 2g\/kg.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En cas d\u2019activit\u00e9 intense, une quantit\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines suppl\u00e9mentaires sera \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaire en raison de l\u2019oxydation des <strong>acides amin\u00e9s <\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 cha\u00eene ramifi\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb dans le muscle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Notre corps assimile uniquement les<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/fr\/2016\/01\/14\/quelques-donnees-interessantes-que-vous-devez-connaitre-sur-les-acides-amines\/\" target=\"_blank\"> acides amin\u00e9s<\/a><\/strong> et non les prot\u00e9ines compl\u00e8tes. L\u2019organisme ne peut donc pas distinguer si ces acides amin\u00e9s sont issus de prot\u00e9ines animales ou v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La comparaison des deux types de prot\u00e9ines permet de conclure que celles d\u2019origine animale sont des mol\u00e9cules plus grandes et plus complexes, contenant ainsi une plus grande quantit\u00e9 et diversit\u00e9 d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s. D\u2019une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, leur valeur biologique est plus importante que dans le cas de celles d\u2019origine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/proteina-vegetal-.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6498\" title=\"prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales\u2009\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/proteina-vegetal-.png\" alt=\"prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales\u2009\" width=\"614\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/proteina-vegetal-.png 614w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/proteina-vegetal--300x219.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elles sont n\u00e9anmoins plus difficiles \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, le nombre de liaisons \u00e0 rompre entre les acides amin\u00e9s \u00e9tant plus important.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une combinaison ad\u00e9quate des prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, des l\u00e9gumineuses avec des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ou des produits laitiers avec des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, permet d\u2019obtenir un ensemble \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 d\u2019acides amin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les prot\u00e9ines du riz contiennent tous les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-traitement\/98-test-daminoacides.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>acides amin\u00e9s essentiels<\/strong><\/a>, mais sont pauvres en lysine. Lorsqu\u2019il est associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des l\u00e9gumineuses telles que des lentilles ou des pois chiches, riches en lysine, la qualit\u00e9 biologique et l\u2019apport en prot\u00e9ines r\u00e9sultant sont sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux de la plupart des produits d\u2019origine animale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En outre, il convient de noter que les prot\u00e9ines animales contiennent des compos\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans les tissus de l\u2019animal, tels que l\u2019ammoniac, l\u2019acide urique, et qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas pu \u00e9liminer avant d\u2019\u00eatre sacrifi\u00e9. Le m\u00e9tabolisme des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux est diff\u00e9rent et ne contient pas de tels compos\u00e9s. Nous pouvons \u00e9viter les substances toxiques de la viande en consommant des prot\u00e9ines animales issues d\u2019\u0153ufs, de lait et de produits laitiers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tel que nous le savons, les prot\u00e9ines animales contiennent des graisses animales qui pour la plupart sont satur\u00e9es, un facteur de risque associ\u00e9 aux maladies cardiovasculaires. Au contraire, les poissons sont riches en min\u00e9raux, en vitamines et en acides gras polyinsatur\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents dans les poissons gras.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En d\u2019autres termes, un tiers des prot\u00e9ines consomm\u00e9es devraient \u00eatre d\u2019origine animale, bien qu\u2019il soit parfaitement possible d\u2019\u00eatre correctement aliment\u00e9 en consommant uniquement des prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En tout \u00e9tat de cause, il est fondamental de tenir compte de la fa\u00e7on d\u2019associer les aliments en fonction de leurs acides amin\u00e9s.
