Ceci est accompli par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de r\u00e9actions chimiques qui ont lieu dans nos cellules o\u00f9 sont impliqu\u00e9es un certain nombre d\u2019enzymes, d\u2019hormones et d\u2019autres substances telles que les vitamines, les min\u00e9raux ou les oligo-\u00e9l\u00e9ments, entre autres, et qui sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par des prot\u00e9ines sp\u00e9cifiques qui sont responsables des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9actions chimiques qui ont lieu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il existe essentiellement deux types de m\u00e9tabolisme :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019anabolisme<\/strong> : Il s\u2019agit du m\u00e9tabolisme constructif qui donne lieu \u00e0 de nouvelles cellules, de sorte qu\u2019il essaye de stocker, de fabriquer et de puiser de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 cette fin.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le catabolisme<\/strong> : Il s\u2019agit du m\u00e9tabolisme destructif dont la principale mission est d\u2019obtenir de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, de sorte que les cellules d\u00e9composent de grosses mol\u00e9cules en plus petites afin de fournir de l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e0 l\u2019organisme. L\u2019\u00e9nergie obtenue est utilis\u00e9e par notre corps afin de fonctionner, des d\u00e9chets \u00e9tant produits puis \u00e9limin\u00e9s par notre corps.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Votre corps tout entier est un entrep\u00f4t qui stocke des nutriments et d\u2019autres substances vitales.
