Ma lo sapevi che essere vegetariano non \u00e8 cos\u00ec semplice e non significa eliminare la carne dalla propria dieta? Ci sono alcuni principi nutrienti contenuti nei prodotti di origine animale che possono mancare nella dieta del <strong>vegetariano<\/strong> quali proteine, ferro, calcio e vitamina B12.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tipi di vegetarianismo<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I vegetariani sono persone che basano la loro dieta prevalentemente su alimenti di origine animale. Esistono vari tipi di vegetariani.<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Latto-ovo-vegetariani: sono le persone che consumano latticini e uova, ma evitano carne, pollame e pesce<\/li>\n<li>Latto-vegetariani: sono le persone che mangiano i latticini ma non uova, carne, pollo o pesce<\/li>\n<li>Ovo-vegetariani: sono le persone che mangiano le uova ma non latticini, carne, pollo o pesce<\/li>\n<li>Vegani: sono le persone che non mangiano nessun tipo di prodotto animale, incluse uova e latticini<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per molto tempo sono state condotte ricerche sui benefici per la salute di una dieta vegetariana equilibrata. Essi includono un miglioramento in termini di rischio di patologie cardiache e la riduzione di alcuni tipi di cancro, sebbene noi di Kinepharma riteniamo che influiscano positivamente su tutti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I vegetariano mostrano inoltre un peso pi\u00f9 sano rispetto alle persone che mangiano carne, <strong>una pressione arteriosa pi\u00f9 bassa e una minore propensione allo sviluppo del diabete<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I calcoli biliari, la stitichezza e la diverticolite sono problemi pi\u00f9 probabili nelle persone che seguono questo stile di vita rispetto ai non vegetariani. Esistono vari tipi di <strong>vegetarianismo<\/strong> che possono rientrare nel termine generico di \u00abvegetariano\u00bb. Una persona pu\u00f2 essere semi-vegetariana, ovvero mangiare pollo e pesce ma nessun&#8217;altra tipologia di carne.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quella vegana \u00e8 la tipologia di vegetarianismo pi\u00f9 rigida in assoluto. Chi segue una dieta vegana non consuma nessun prodotto n\u00e9 sottoprodotto di origine animale. Compresi miele e lievito. Molti vegani estendono il concetto oltre gli alimenti, ovvero scelgono di usare o meno qualsivoglia prodotto derivante da un animale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una dieta vegetariana o vegana pu\u00f2 essere molto sana e offrire grandi benefici, tra i quali i seguenti:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Cuore sano<\/li>\n<li>Pelle sana<\/li>\n<li>Pi\u00f9 antiossidanti<\/li>\n<li>Mancanza di allergie<\/li>\n<li>Mancanza di diabete e problemi alla vescica biliare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sebbene siano parecchi i benefici associati a tutte le forme di <strong>vegetarianismo<\/strong>, \u00e8 possibile che si verifichino dei problemi nel caso in cui la persona non segua una dieta equilibrata.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La scelta di non mangiare prodotti di origine animale fa s\u00ec che alcuni principi nutritivi in essi contenuti possano mancare nei vegetariani o vegani che non li integrano con fonti vegetali adeguate.
