Hay algunos nutrientes que se encuentran en los productos de origen animal que pueden faltar en una dieta <strong>vegetariana<\/strong> como prote\u00ednas, hierro, calcio y vitamina B12.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Tipos de vegetarianismo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los vegetarianos son personas que basan su dieta principalmente en alimentos de origen vegetal. Hay diferentes tipos de vegetarianos:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Lacto-ovo-vegetariano: esta persona va a consumir alimentos l\u00e1cteos y huevos, pero evita las carnes, aves y mariscos<\/li>\n<li>Lacto-vegetariana: esta persona va a comer productos l\u00e1cteos pero no huevos, carne, pollo o mariscos<\/li>\n<li>Ovo-vegetarianos: esta persona va a comer huevos, pero no los productos l\u00e1cteos, carne, pollo o mariscos<\/li>\n<li>Vegano: esta persona no come ning\u00fan producto animal, incluyendo los huevos y los productos l\u00e1cteos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los beneficios para la salud de una dieta vegetariana equilibrada han sido durante largo tiempo investigados e incluyen la mejora en el riesgo de enfermedades del coraz\u00f3n y la reducci\u00f3n de algunos tipos de c\u00e1ncer, aunque desde Kinepharma pensamos que influyen positivamente en todos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adem\u00e1s los vegetarianos evidencian estar en un rango de peso m\u00e1s saludable con respecto a las personas que comen carne, as\u00ed como tener la presi\u00f3n arterial m\u00e1s baja y son menos propensos a desarrollar diabetes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los c\u00e1lculos biliares, estre\u00f1imiento y la enfermedad diverticular son tambi\u00e9n menos probables que se produzca en las personas que siguen esta corriente con respecto a los no vegetarianos. Alguien que est\u00e1 siguiendo una dieta vegana no consume ning\u00fan tipo de producto de origen animal o subproducto de este. Esto incluye la miel y la levadura. Muchos veganos tambi\u00e9n extienden sus opciones m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de los alimentos que consumen, la elecci\u00f3n de no usar o usar cualquier producto que proviene de un animal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una dieta vegetariana o vegana puede ser muy saludable y tener una gran cantidad de beneficios para la persona en la dieta. Algunos de los principales beneficios que se describen a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Un coraz\u00f3n saludable.<\/li>\n<li>Piel saludable.<\/li>\n<li>Consumo de mayor cantidad de antioxidantes.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar alergias.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar la diabetes y los problemas de la ves\u00edcula biliar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si bien hay muchos beneficios significativos asociados con todas las formas de <strong>vegetarianismo<\/strong>, puede haber algunos problemas si la persona no hace una dieta equilibrada.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La elecci\u00f3n de no comer productos de origen animal significa que algunos nutrientes vitales que est\u00e1n contenidos dentro de estos puedan faltar en algunos vegetarianos o veganos que no reemplazan los nutrientes con fuentes vegetales adecuadas por lo que en alg\u00fan momento puede ser necesario tomar alg\u00fan suplemento vitam\u00ednico, mineral o de amino\u00e1cidos.
