Une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude, men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un important \u00e9chantillon de femmes et publi\u00e9e sur le portail <em>PLoS Medicine<\/em>, a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que l\u2019entra\u00eenement de r\u00e9sistance a\u00e9robic et avec poids pourrait contribuer \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du risque de souffrir de cette maladie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lors de l\u2019\u00e9tude men\u00e9e par des chercheurs de l\u2019<em>\u00c9cole de Sant\u00e9 Publique de Harvard<\/em> de Boston et de l\u2019<em>Universit\u00e9 du Sud du Danemark<\/em>,<em> <\/em>plus de 99 000 femmes d\u2019\u00e2ge moyen et adolescentes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivies.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9tude, aucune de ces femmes n\u2019\u00e9tait atteinte de diab\u00e8te, et les chercheurs ont analys\u00e9 le lien entre leurs habitudes d\u2019exercice et l\u2019incidence du d\u00e9veloppement de la maladie. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, ils ont examin\u00e9 le temps que les femmes consacraient chaque semaine \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents types d\u2019exercice, et notamment aux <strong>exercices de renforcement avec poids<\/strong> de moindre intensit\u00e9, aux exercices de conditionnement musculaire tels que l\u2019\u00e9tirement, la tonification et le yoga, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 d\u2019autres exercices de type a\u00e9robic.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ind\u00e9pendamment de la diminution du risque de diab\u00e8te, un rapport a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli entre l\u2019entra\u00eenement de renforcement avec poids et les exercices de conditionnement musculaire de moindre intensit\u00e9. <strong>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 qu\u2019ils \u00e9taient encore plus efficaces dans l\u2019atteinte de cet objectif lorsqu\u2019ils \u00e9taient associ\u00e9s entre eux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les chercheurs ont conclu que : \u00ab\u00a0Les r\u00e9sultats de notre \u00e9tude sugg\u00e8rent que\u2026 l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019activit\u00e9s de renforcement musculaire et d\u2019\u00e9tirement associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 a\u00e9robic fournit des avantages substantiels dans la pr\u00e9vention du diab\u00e8te chez les femmes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Quels sont les niveaux d\u2019exercice recommand\u00e9s ?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au moins <strong>150 minutes d\u2019exercice a\u00e9robic<\/strong> par semaine, et au minimum deux fois par semaine d\u2019entra\u00eenement de <strong>renforcement avec poids<\/strong>, que les chercheurs estiment \u00e0 <strong>60 minutes<\/strong> minimum. Les femmes qui ont suivi ces recommandations pr\u00e9sentaient un plus faible risque de diab\u00e8te. Notons que m\u00eame lorsque le temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e9tait moindre, les risques de cette maladie ont pu \u00eatre consid\u00e9rablement r\u00e9duits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9galement conclu que \u00ab l\u2019exercice de renforcement avec poids peut r\u00e9duire le risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2 \u00e0 travers divers m\u00e9canismes\u00a0\u00bb, permettant aux femmes en surpoids ou ob\u00e8ses de profiter d\u2019une plus grande diminution du risque par rapport aux autres.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3895\" title=\"Activit\u00e9 physique et diab\u00e8te de type 2\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Ejercicio-y-diabetes-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"609\" height=\"457\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Ejercicio-y-diabetes-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Ejercicio-y-diabetes-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 609px) 100vw, 609px\" \/><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Les hommes ont \u00e9galement r\u00e9duit le risque<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente recherche publi\u00e9e dans la revue <em>Archives of Internal Medicine<\/em>, en ao\u00fbt 2012, et men\u00e9e par des chercheurs des m\u00eames institutions, a \u00e9galement conclu que les hommes qui s\u2019entra\u00eenent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec poids pourraient r\u00e9duire leur risque de diab\u00e8te de type 2 de jusqu\u2019\u00e0 34 pour-cent. L\u2019entra\u00eenement r\u00e9gulier pourrait \u00eatre d\u2019environ 30 minutes par s\u00e9ance, 5 fois par semaine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co\u00efncidant avec la r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que l\u2019entra\u00eenement de r\u00e9sistance associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s a\u00e9robics telles que la course ou la marche rapide conduisent \u00e0 des r\u00e9sultats encore meilleurs : une r\u00e9duction du risque pouvant atteindre les 59 pour-cent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette \u00e9tude \u00e9tait pionni\u00e8re dans la constatation de la fa\u00e7on dont l\u2019entra\u00eenement de renforcement avec poids pourrait contribuer \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le diab\u00e8te de type 2. Il est maintenant clair que les deux sexes peuvent en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est important de noter que, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que l\u2019entra\u00eenement de renforcement avec poids r\u00e9alis\u00e9 seul, sans \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 des exercices a\u00e9robics ou \u00e0 d\u2019autres types d\u2019exercices, semble offrir une <strong>diminution significative du risque<\/strong>, les gens qui ont du mal \u00e0 trouver le temps ont ici une solution alternative viable et efficace dans les poids.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019entra\u00eenement avec poids aide \u00e9galement les diab\u00e9tiques<\/strong><strong> <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si nous regardons en arri\u00e8re, une \u00e9tude publi\u00e9e dans <em>JAMA<\/em> en novembre 2010 a constat\u00e9 que la pratique d\u2019exercices a\u00e9robics et de renforcement avec poids a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les taux de sucre dans le sang chez les personnes atteintes de diab\u00e8te de type 2, et l\u2019am\u00e9lioration a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus importante que celle apport\u00e9e par n\u2019importe lequel des deux exercices pratiqu\u00e9 seul.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Une publication \u00e0 ce sujet a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que \u00ab les patients atteints de diab\u00e8te de type 2 qui souhaitent maximiser les effets de l\u2019exercice et du contr\u00f4le de la glyc\u00e9mie, doivent effectuer aussi bien l\u2019exercice a\u00e9robic que le renforcement avec poids.\u00a0\u00bb Ajoutant que \u00ab si seul un temps d\u00e9fini peut \u00eatre consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la pratique du sport, <strong>il est plus avantageux de le consacrer aux deux exercices plut\u00f4t qu\u2019\u00e0 un seul<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Angel Salazar<em> (angelsalamag@gmail.com)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kinepharma.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019exercice a\u00e9robic contribue \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction du risque propre au diab\u00e8te de type 2.
