Mais nous pensons que ceci est loin de la v\u00e9rit\u00e9, voici deux arguments\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;analyse des restes osseux de nos anc\u00eatres d\u00e9montre qu&#8217;en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es ne souffraient pas de r\u00e9duction de la densit\u00e9 osseuse. Il s&#8217;agit donc d&#8217;un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne plus r\u00e9cent qui se produit en particulier dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 occidentale.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8ne, qui stimule les ost\u00e9oclastes ne contribue pas \u00e0 cr\u00e9er de nouveaux os mais ralentit seulement la perte de vieux os. La progest\u00e9rone stimule par ailleurs les ost\u00e9oblastes qui produisent de nouveaux os. Prendre de la progest\u00e9rone naturelle augmente la densit\u00e9 osseuse quatre fois plus que l&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais on commence \u00e0 comprendre que ce n&#8217;est pas le manque d&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8ne, mais l&#8217;exc\u00e8s relatif d&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8nes par rapport \u00e0 la progest\u00e9rone qui pr\u00e9cipite l&#8217;ost\u00e9oporose, parce que lorsqu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a plus d&#8217;ovulation, la progest\u00e9rone n&#8217;est pas produite.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cependant, les changements hormonaux ne sont pas les seuls facteurs importants, car les habitudes alimentaires sont \u00e9troitement li\u00e9es \u00e0 un risque accru d&#8217;ost\u00e9oporose et leur importance est peut \u00eatre plus grande compte tenu des effets d&#8217;une mauvaise alimentation qui <strong>s&#8217;accumulent tout au long de la vie<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien que les personnes ayant des niveaux de calcium bas puissent tirer un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice en augmentant leur consommation, il n&#8217;y a pas d&#8217;association directe entre l&#8217;ost\u00e9oporose et les niveaux de calcium. Les tribus bantoues en Afrique par exemple consomment en moyenne 400 mg de calcium par jour, bien en dessous des niveaux recommand\u00e9s aux femmes m\u00e9nopaus\u00e9es. Elles ne souffrent pourtant pas de cette maladie. Inversement, les Esquimaux qui consomment de grandes quantit\u00e9s de calcium pr\u00e9sentent des taux exceptionnellement \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&#8217;ost\u00e9oporose. Pourquoi cette diff\u00e9rence\u00a0? <strong>La r\u00e9ponse peut \u00eatre dans la consommation excessive de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>. Article du blog Kinepharma \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/fr\/2014\/07\/23\/el-espesamiento-de-la-sangre-3\/\">L&#8217;\u00e9paississement du sang\u00a0<\/a>\u00bb du 23 juillet, 2014<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous avons parl\u00e9 de nombreuses fois du fait que les prot\u00e9ines sont formatrices d&#8217;acides et que le changement qu&#8217;elles produisent dans le PH du sang doit \u00eatre neutralis\u00e9 principalement par deux agents alcalins qui sont le sodium et le calcium. Cela signifie purement et simplement que plus l&#8217;on consomme de prot\u00e9ines ou d&#8217;aliments acidifiants, plus le calcium sera n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ceci a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9, une alimentation trop riche en prot\u00e9ines conduit \u00e0 une carence en calcium, mais de plus, avec un r\u00e9gime riche en prot\u00e9ines, aucune quantit\u00e9 de calcium ne corrigera le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des recherches publi\u00e9es dans le <em>Journal of Clinical\u00a0 Nutrition<\/em> am\u00e9ricain ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 dans une \u00e9tude avec des niveaux de consommation quotidienne de prot\u00e9ines de 80 g et 240 g par jour que la perte totale de calcium \u00e9tait bien plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e dans le groupe qui suivait un r\u00e9gime alimentaire riche en prot\u00e9ines avec 137 mg contre 37 mg de perte de calcium pour le groupe suivant un r\u00e9gime faible en prot\u00e9ines. <strong>Il a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 conclu que les r\u00e9gimes riches en calcium ne sont probablement pas en mesure d&#8217;emp\u00eacher une perte osseuse induite par des r\u00e9gimes acidifiants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans une autre \u00e9tude, une consommation de 95 g de prot\u00e9ines par jour a produit une perte moyenne de 58 mg de calcium ce qui signifie une perte de 2\u00a0% du total de calcium osseux par an, ou 20\u00a0% par d\u00e9cennie. <strong>Les effets n\u00e9gatifs d\u2019un exc\u00e8s de prot\u00e9ines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement d\u00e9montr\u00e9s chez les patients atteints d&#8217;ost\u00e9oporose<\/strong>. Un grand nombre de chercheurs en m\u00e9decine pensent dor\u00e9navant qu&#8217;une alimentation riche en prot\u00e9ines ou en aliments acidifiants qui produisent des acides pendant toute une vie peut
