Nous avons vu qu\u2019il \u00e9tait n\u00e9cessaire de connaitre les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives qui affectent une personne ainsi que les m\u00e9ridiens bloqu\u00e9s et \u00e0 quel moment ils nous influencent. Ceci est essentiel pour r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrer le syst\u00e8me. En outre, dans de nombreux cas, nous pouvons \u00e9galement travailler \u00e0 partir de la kin\u00e9siologie \u00e9motionnelle et comportementale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme nous l\u2019avons vu il y a de cela quelques semaines dans notre article Kinepharma \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/fr\/2014\/10\/14\/los-beneficios-de-la-meditacion-3\/\">les bienfaits de la m\u00e9ditation\u00bb <\/a>(14 octobre 14 2014), il est essentiel de trouver un \u00e9quilibre au niveau \u00e9motionnel et mental gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la<strong> m\u00e9ditation<\/strong>, entre autres m\u00e9thodes, en particulier lorsqu\u2019un \u00e9tat de sympathicotonie est constat\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque nous parlons de ces deux fonctions, nous savons que, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, le syst\u00e8me sympathique est stimulant, et le parasympathique s\u00e9datif. Afin que ces deux syst\u00e8mes fonctionnent correctement,<strong> il est fondamental de disposer du nombre exact et de la quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire de neurotransmetteurs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine<\/strong> est toujours pr\u00e9sente au niveau de la premi\u00e8re synapse de ces deux syst\u00e8mes. L\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine s\u2019ajoute au niveau du second ganglion du parasympathique, tandis qu\u2019au niveau de celui du sympathique, il s\u2019agit de noradr\u00e9naline. Au niveau du cerveau, l\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine est donc utile au sympathique et au parasympathique, alors que sur la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, elle est utile uniquement au parasympathique. \u00c0 la p\u00e9riph\u00e9rie, le sympathique s\u00e9cr\u00e8te de la <strong>noradr\u00e9naline<\/strong> qui se transforme ensuite en <strong>adr\u00e9naline<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3255\" title=\"Traitement du syst\u00e8me neurov\u00e9g\u00e9tatif\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Tratamiento-sistema-neurovegetativo1-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"603\" height=\"452\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Tratamiento-sistema-neurovegetativo1-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Tratamiento-sistema-neurovegetativo1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 603px) 100vw, 603px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Suppl\u00e9ments n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quilibre des syst\u00e8mes :<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u00e9cithine de soja<\/strong> : elle est importante pour le cerveau. En effet, elle constitue une <strong>source non-n\u00e9gligeable de choline<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la formation d\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine. La choline ou la phosphatidylcholine sont \u00e9galement des sources int\u00e9ressantes. Le manque d\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine dans le cerveau entrainera des troubles de la m\u00e9moire, de concentration, etc. Si, malgr\u00e9 la prise de ces sources l\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine produite n\u2019est pas suffisante, il se peut que le trouble soit d\u00fb \u00e0 un manque de <strong>vitamine B1 ou de vitamine E<\/strong>, ces deux vitamines \u00e9tant n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une telle transformation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La ph\u00e9nylalanine<\/strong> est un acide amin\u00e9 fondamental aux personnes sympathicotoniques. En effet, elle peut se convertir en tyrosine qui \u00e0 son tour se transforme en <strong>dopamine<\/strong>, et cette derni\u00e8re, en noradr\u00e9naline et en adr\u00e9naline.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour la transformation de dopamine en noradr\u00e9naline, nous avons besoin de <strong>vitamine C<\/strong>, pour la transformation de ph\u00e9nylalanine en noradr\u00e9naline, <strong>de vitamine B6, d\u2019acide folique et de vitamine C<\/strong>, et pour la transformation de noradr\u00e9naline en adr\u00e9naline, de <strong>vitamine B12<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019acide amin\u00e9 tryptophane<\/strong> est int\u00e9ressant chez les personnes vagotoniques. En effet, il se convertit en <strong>5-HTP<\/strong>, puis en un neurotransmetteur, la s\u00e9rotonine, n\u00e9cessaire au parasympathique. La <strong>vitamine B6, l\u2019acide folique et la vitamine B3<\/strong> (niacinamide) sont n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 cette transformation. Chez les vagotoniques, il est \u00e9galement important de tester le<strong> phosphore<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous testerons \u00e9galement le <strong>chrome et le magn\u00e9sium<\/strong> chez les sympathicotoniques. En effet, le stress \u00e9limine le magn\u00e9sium des cellules, qui passe ensuite dans le sang pour enfin \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9 par le rein.
