Les principales structures de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment central sont l\u2019hypothalamus et le cortex c\u00e9r\u00e9bral frontal. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019une division motrice eff\u00e9rente et d\u2019une division sensitive aff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les nerfs moteurs du syst\u00e8me neurov\u00e9g\u00e9tatif sont divis\u00e9s en deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments, l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment parasympathique ou cr\u00e2nio-sacr\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment sympathique ou thoraco-lombaire. Le syst\u00e8me nerveux v\u00e9g\u00e9tatif a deux r\u00f4les principaux :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le sympathique<\/strong> nous pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 faire quelque chose, il nous avertit en \u00e9liminant tout ce dont nous n\u2019avons pas besoin en cet instant. Dans cette situation, nous aurons donc plus de force et nous serons capables de faire des choses inenvisageables dans une situation normale. Lors d\u2019une crise de panique, c\u2019est le sympathique qui r\u00e9pond.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le parasympathique<\/strong> nous pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 nous d\u00e9tendre, \u00e0 recharger nos batteries. Il s\u2019agit du moment de r\u00e9glage et de r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les deux syst\u00e8mes sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9gl\u00e9s. Mais les personnes habituellement stress\u00e9es, et qui ne se d\u00e9tendent jamais, <strong>sont toujours sympathicotoniques<\/strong>, jamais vagotoniques. Tout ce qui se passe dans notre corps se produit par une influence du sympathique ou du parasympathique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La stimulation parasympathique est principalement cholinergique et <strong>lib\u00e8re de l\u2019ac\u00e9tylcholine<\/strong> au niveau des terminaisons nerveuses. L\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ment parasympathique est principalement un syst\u00e8me anabolique. En effet, il est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9servation, \u00e0 l\u2019accumulation et au stockage des \u00e9nergies corporelles. En dormant, le sympathique diminue et le parasympathique augmente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La stimulation sympathique est essentiellement adr\u00e9nergique, elle <strong>lib\u00e8re de l\u2019adr\u00e9naline et de la noradr\u00e9naline<\/strong> au niveau des terminaisons nerveuses. L\u2019effet global du syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique est catabolique. En effet, il provoque une d\u00e9pense d\u2019\u00e9nergie corporelle et inhibe l\u2019apport et l\u2019absorption des principaux nutriments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par cons\u00e9quent, l\u2019effort musculaire, le stress psychologique, la col\u00e8re et la peur, stimulent la lib\u00e9ration d\u2019adr\u00e9naline et de noradr\u00e9naline dans le sang par la glande surr\u00e9nale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre les deux fonctions est fondamental. En effet, si, par exemple, le sympathique est particuli\u00e8rement \u00e9lev\u00e9, le parasympathique diminuera, entrainant alors un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre. Dans l\u2019un ou l\u2019autre des syst\u00e8mes, ce d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre provoque des modifications dans certains organes du patient qui le perturbent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un sympathique \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> implique que le patient soit atteint\u00a0: de tachycardie, d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de tics nerveux, de mydriase, de spasmes, d\u2019insomnie, de s\u00e9cheresse de la bouche et du nez.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un parasympathique \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/strong> implique que le patient soit susceptible de pr\u00e9senter : de l\u2019asth\u00e9nie, des vertiges, de l\u2019hypotension art\u00e9rielle, de la salivation nocturne, de la rhinite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019information p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le corps humain \u00e0 travers les sens. Lorsqu\u2019elle est trait\u00e9e par le cerveau, elle produit des sentiments. Lorsqu\u2019ils sont positifs, ils sont b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques pour l\u2019homme. Lorsqu\u2019ils sont n\u00e9gatifs mais peuvent \u00eatre exprim\u00e9s, ils sont \u00e9galement b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques. Par contre, <strong>lorsqu\u2019ils ne peuvent pas \u00eatre exprim\u00e9s ou partag\u00e9s, ils provoquent des \u00e9motions d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibrantes<\/strong>. Si le corps re\u00e7oit l\u2019\u00e9motion comme \u00e9tant n\u00e9gative et pathologique, il peut donner trois r\u00e9ponses :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une r\u00e9ponse du syst\u00e8me neurov\u00e9g\u00e9tatif qui entra\u00eene des modifications dans les neurotransmetteurs.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une r\u00e9ponse endocrinienne, lorsque l\u2019\u00e9motion est n\u00e9gative, la production d\u2019adr\u00e9naline augmente.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire d\u00e9ficiente qui implique la baisse des anticorps et d\u2019autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00e9fensifs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e8s lors qu\u2019elles sont de concert, ces trois r\u00e9ponses sont ce que la m\u00e9decine appelle la <strong>r\u00e9ponse immuno-neuroendocrine<\/strong>. Il est donc fondamental d\u2019exprimer et de partager les \u00e9motions n\u00e9gatives.
