Brewer<\/strong>, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 fin 2011 les r\u00e9sultats de sa derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude concernant le cerveau des personnes pratiquant la m\u00e9ditation. Ces r\u00e9sultats l\u2019ont laiss\u00e9 perplexe. En effet, l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des scanners attribuait \u00e0 cette technique des bienfaits inattendus.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces \u00e9tudes ont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 ce qui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9tudi\u00e9 entre 2007 et 2009 par le psychologue et neuroscientifique <strong>Richard J. Davidson<\/strong> de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Wisconsin, soit, que les bienfaits de la m\u00e9ditation sur le cerveau humain sont nombreux lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019y consacre de fa\u00e7on constante. La raison en est purement physique. En effet, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 qu\u2019au cours de cette pratique, trois faits ind\u00e9niables se produisent dans notre cerveau\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans un premier temps, l\u2019activit\u00e9 de la DMN (r\u00e9seau de neurones par d\u00e9faut, pilote automatique du cerveau), un r\u00e9seau associ\u00e9 aux troubles de l\u2019attention, \u00e0 l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019hyperactivit\u00e9, et m\u00eame, aux zones o\u00f9 s\u2019accumulent les plaques b\u00eata-amylo\u00efdes impliqu\u00e9es dans la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer, diminue significativement. Moins cette zone est active, plus les chances de d\u00e9velopper ces maladies sont faibles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Puis, la r\u00e9gion pr\u00e9frontale gauche, responsable des \u00e9motions positives de joie, est activ\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, les personnes qui m\u00e9ditent d\u00e9veloppent par d\u00e9faut un nouveau r\u00e9seau de neurones, qui pr\u00e9sente une conscience de soi et une conscience du pr\u00e9sent plus fortes et des r\u00eaveries moins importantes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Qu\u2019est-ce que la m\u00e9ditation ?<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019acad\u00e9mie am\u00e9ricaine de m\u00e9decine la d\u00e9finit comme un exercice mental de contemplation profonde, accompagn\u00e9 de moments de silence et de d\u00e9tente ainsi que d\u2019un contr\u00f4le de la respiration. <strong>Mais c\u2019est bien d\u2019avantage encore. En effet, nous pensons qu\u2019elle est \u00e9troitement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise de conscience de soi et au lien qu\u2019a la personne avec le tout<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les premiers documents \u00e9crits par des personnes pratiquant la m\u00e9ditation arrivent d\u2019Inde, en 1500 avant J.C., bien que la pratique proprement dite ne f\u00fbt pas th\u00e9oris\u00e9e avant l\u2019ann\u00e9e 600 avant J.C. dans les philosophies paulistes et bouddhistes de Chine. Au XIIe si\u00e8cle, des techniques de contr\u00f4le de la respiration ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites dans cette discipline. On estime qu\u2019elle est aujourd\u2019hui pratiqu\u00e9e par plus de 10 millions d\u2019occidentaux.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il existe plus de 40 sortes de m\u00e9ditation (selon l\u2019\u00e9cole philosophique orientale), bien que trois, seulement, sont arriv\u00e9es en occident :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La bouddhiste, qui consiste \u00e0 garder l\u2019esprit concentr\u00e9 sur le moment pr\u00e9sent et \u00e0 pratiquer le laisser-aller\u00a0;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La transcendantale, qui provient d\u2019Inde et qui vise \u00e0 diriger l\u2019attention sur un objet\u00a0; et<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">La m\u00e9ditation par mantras, qui utilise la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition d\u2019une chanson ou d\u2019une phrase pour concentrer l\u2019esprit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Le mindfulness<\/strong> a rejoint ces trois disciplines de base. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une technique qui, selon le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre psychologue am\u00e9ricain <strong>Daniel Goleman<\/strong>, utilise la respiration comme une aide afin de placer l\u2019homme face \u00e0 la dure r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de son exp\u00e9rience, en vivant chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement comme s\u2019il se d\u00e9roulait pour la premi\u00e8re fois.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-3183\" title=\"Les bienfaits de la m\u00e9ditation\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Meditaci\u00f3n2-1024x798.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"614\" height=\"479\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Meditaci\u00f3n2-1024x798.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/Meditaci\u00f3n2-300x233.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 614px) 100vw, 614px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous pouvons r\u00e9sumer les bienfaits suivants :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Bienfaits physiques<\/strong> : \u00c0 long terme, elle augmente la densit\u00e9 neuronale, permettant ainsi au cerveau de rester jeune plus longtemps. En outre, le cerveau pr\u00e9sente une rugosit\u00e9 plus importante, cet aspect \u00e9tant associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 de traitement de l\u2019information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elle aide le syst\u00e8me cardiaque<\/strong> : En effet, elle r\u00e9duit l\u2019activit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique qui est responsable de l\u2019augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque lorsque nous sommes victimes de stress, et elle augmente l\u2019activit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me parasympathique qui contr\u00f4le la r\u00e9duction de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elle aide \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler la douleur<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elle am\u00e9liore les comp\u00e9tences visuelles<\/strong>, en particulier la m\u00e9moire visuelle \u00e0 court terme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elle renforce le syst\u00e8me immunitaire<\/strong> : En effet, comme l\u2019a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe de biologistes du Wisconsin, elle augmente les \u00e9motions positives, facilitant ainsi une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration plus rapide en cas de maladies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Elle \u00e9loigne la d\u00e9pression et contr\u00f4le les mauvaises habitudes<\/strong> chez les personnes qui ont tendance \u00e0 la d\u00e9pression. En effet, chez ces personnes, c\u2019est surtout la r\u00e9gion pr\u00e9frontale droite qui est activ\u00e9e, alors que les personnes plus aptes \u00e0 r\u00e9guler leurs \u00e9motions utilisent plus activement la gauche. Elle augmente l\u2019estime de soi et lib\u00e8re des endorphines, conduisant donc \u00e0 un meilleur bien-\u00eatre physique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est toujours bon de m\u00e9diter, mais la m\u00e9ditation sera particuli\u00e8rement appropri\u00e9e en cas de troubles du syst\u00e8me nerveux ou de dystonie v\u00e9g\u00e9tative.
