La proteina di origine animale contiene alte quantit\u00e0 di aminoacidi essenziali e contribuisce ad una buona assimilazione del ferro quando ingerita. Le proteine vegetali sono meno digeribili. Bisogna saperle cucinare e combinare con carboidrati di buona qualit\u00e0 per usufruire dei loro nutrienti, senza provocare squilibri. Per ottenere un alto valore proteico, secondo l\u2019Alimentazione Energetica bisogna combinare i cereali integrali con i legumi in un rapporto di 3 parti di cereali e 4 di legumi mentre secondo la Macrobiotica il rapporto si basa su 1 parte di legumi e 4 di cereali. Si consiglia di testare il rapporto su ogni paziente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0La digestione delle proteine animali presuppone un consumo di energia e di minerali non richiesto dalle proteine di origine vegetale<\/strong> che si digeriscono con uno sforzo minore. Le proteine vegetali contengono alte quantit\u00e0 di minerali e vitamine che <strong>non producono tanta \u00abacidit\u00e0 biologica\u00bb<\/strong> una volta metabolizzate. Le proteine animali richiedono minerali per essere metabolizzate. Queste ultime contengono pochi minerali, vitamine, fibre e antiossidanti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante la digestione <strong>le proteine animali vanno in putrefazione<\/strong> invece di favorire la fermentazione. Tutto ci\u00f2 contribuisce alla perdita della flora intestinale buona (Bacillus Acidophilus). La digestione delle proteine di origine vegetale non provoca tale processo. Esse si definiscono proteine \u201cpulite\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le proteine vegetali contengono per lo pi\u00f9 grassi insaturi mentre le proteine animali contengono grassi saturi che possono essere facilmente convertiti in colesterolo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le proteine animali contengono livelli elevati di <strong>acido urico<\/strong> a causa della presenza di alte quantit\u00e0 di amminoacidi. Poich\u00e9 non tutti questi amminoacidi sono utilizzati, questi ultimi diventano tossici trasformandosi in Urea. Le proteine vegetali producono meno sostanze tossiche, <strong>per questo non sovraccaricano il fegato e i reni<\/strong>. Inoltre le proteine animali contengono antibiotici, ormoni, pesticidi, erbicidi e conservanti che intossicano il corpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A livello energetico, le proteine animali producono un <strong>effetto di contrazione e blocco<\/strong> molto importante a tutti i livelli. Ogni paziente \u00e8 differente e, nonostante tutto quello che abbiamo detto in precedenza, alcune persone si ristabiliscono con una dieta ricca di proteine animali, come la Paleodieta. Parleremo di questa dieta in un altro momento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/it\/kit-di-test\/10-test-di-intolleranze-alimentari.html\">Test delle intolleranze alimentari<\/a> da testare sul paziente si pu\u00f2 determinare se a quest\u2019ultimo conviene di pi\u00f9 ingerire proteine animali o vegetali, tenendo in considerazione le sue particolari esigenze. Inoltre attraverso questo test si pu\u00f2 definire per esempio, se le proteine animali di cui egli ha bisogno sono quelle che derivano dalla carne di pollame che \u00e8 pi\u00f9 digeribile rispetto a quella di manzo o bovino o di quelle di origine vegetale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Come gi\u00e0 abbiamo visto negli articoli precedenti di Kinepharma \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/it\/2014\/07\/23\/el-espesamiento-de-la-sangre-2\/\">L\u00b4ispessimento del sangue<\/a>\u00bb generalmente consigliamo l&#8217;ingestione di poche proteine, meno del 20% del totale ingerito.
