Elle a un haut contenu en acides amin\u00e9s essentiels et une bonne assimilation du fer lors de son ingestion. La prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale est moins digestible. Il faut savoir les cuisiner et les combiner avec des hydrates de carbone de bonne qualit\u00e9 pour profiter de leurs nutriments sans causer de d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre. On combine des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales int\u00e9grales avec des l\u00e9gumes, avec une proportion de 3 parts de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et 4 de l\u00e9gumes, selon l&#8217;alimentation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et 1 part de l\u00e9gumes pour 3 de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales selon la macrobiotique, en obtenant ainsi une haute valeur prot\u00e9ique. Il est recommand\u00e9 de tester la proportion selon chaque patient.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La prot\u00e9ine animale requi\u00e8re une haute consommation d&#8217;\u00e9nergie et de min\u00e9raux pour sa digestion au contraire de la prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/strong> qui est dig\u00e9r\u00e9e avec un effort moins important. La prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale a un haut contenu en min\u00e9raux et vitamines qui ne produisent pas une telle \u00ab\u00a0<strong>acidit\u00e9 biologique<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb une fois m\u00e9tabolis\u00e9e. La prot\u00e9ine animale requi\u00e8re des min\u00e9raux pour sa m\u00e9tabolisation et contient peu de min\u00e9raux, de vitamines, de fibres et d&#8217;antioxydants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La digestion de <strong>la prot\u00e9ine animale produit une putr\u00e9faction dans les intestins<\/strong> au lieu de la fermentation et cela contribue \u00e0 la perte de la flore intestinale bonne (Bacillus Acidophilus) au contraire de la prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agit de prot\u00e9ines \u00ab\u00a0propres\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale est compos\u00e9e majoritairement de graisses non satur\u00e9es et la prot\u00e9ine animale contient beaucoup de graisses satur\u00e9es qui se convertissent facilement en cholest\u00e9rol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prot\u00e9ine animale contient de hauts niveaux en acide urique en raison de son haut contenu en acides amin\u00e9s. Ceux-ci n&#8217;\u00e9tant pas tous utilis\u00e9s, ils deviennent toxiques en se transformant en ur\u00e9e. La prot\u00e9ine v\u00e9g\u00e9tale ne produit pas autant d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments toxiques, par cons\u00e9quent, <strong>elle ne surcharge ni le foie ni les reins<\/strong>. De plus, la prot\u00e9ine animale contient des antibiotiques, des hormones, des pesticides, des herbicides et des conservateurs qui intoxiquent notre corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au niveau \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, la prot\u00e9ine animale produit un<strong> effet de contraction et de blocage<\/strong> tr\u00e8s important \u00e0 nous les niveaux.
