Tiene un alto contenido en amino\u00e1cidos esenciales y una buena asimilaci\u00f3n del hierro en su ingesta. La prote\u00edna vegetal es menos digestible. Hay que saber cocinarlas y combinarlas con los hidratos de carbono de buena calidad para aprovechar sus nutrientes sin que ocasionen desequilibrios. Se combinan cereales integrales con legumbres en proporci\u00f3n 3 partes de cereal y 4 de legumbres, seg\u00fan la Alimentaci\u00f3n Energ\u00e9tica y 1 parte de legumbres por\u00a0 3 de cereal seg\u00fan la Macrobi\u00f3tica, obteniendo as\u00ed un alto valor proteico. Se recomienda testar la proporci\u00f3n a cada paciente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La prote\u00edna animal requiere un alto consumo de energ\u00eda y minerales para su digesti\u00f3n<\/strong>, mientras que la prote\u00edna vegetal se digiere con menos esfuerzo. La prote\u00edna vegetal tiene un alto contenido en minerales y vitaminas que <strong>no producen tanta \u00abacidez biol\u00f3gica\u00bb<\/strong> una vez metabolizada. La prote\u00edna animal requiere de minerales para su metabolizaci\u00f3n, contiene muy pocos minerales, vitaminas, fibra y antioxidantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La digesti\u00f3n de la prote\u00edna animal <strong>produce putrefacci\u00f3n en los intestinos<\/strong> en lugar de la fermentaci\u00f3n y ello contribuye a la p\u00e9rdida de la flora intestinal buena (Bacillus Acidophilus), la vegetal no, son prote\u00ednas \u00ablimpias\u00bb. La prote\u00edna vegetal tiene mayoritariamente grasa insaturadas y la prote\u00edna animal contiene muchas grasas saturadas que se convierten f\u00e1cilmente en colesterol.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La prote\u00edna animal <strong>contiene altos niveles de \u00e1cido \u00farico<\/strong> por su alto contenido en amino\u00e1cidos. Al no ser todos utilizados, estos pasan a ser t\u00f3xicos al convertirse en Urea. La prote\u00edna vegetal no produce tanto t\u00f3xico, por tanto <strong>no sobrecarga el h\u00edgado ni los ri\u00f1ones<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s la prote\u00edna animal contiene antibi\u00f3ticos, hormonas, pesticidas, herbicidas, y conservantes que intoxican nuestro cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A nivel energ\u00e9tico, <strong>la prote\u00edna animal produce un efecto de contracci\u00f3n y bloqueo muy importante a todos los niveles<\/strong>. Cada paciente es diferente y, pese a todo lo dicho, hay personas que se recuperan con un estilo de dieta basada en prote\u00edna animal, como la Paleodieta.
