Celui-ci emp\u00eache l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation ad\u00e9quate des tissus, l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des nutriments \u00e0 la cellule et l\u2019\u00e9limination des d\u00e9chets et des produits toxiques qui proviennent des divers processus biologiques du corps. Il en r\u00e9sulte une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration imm\u00e9diate de l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 qui commence par une congestion du <strong>syst\u00e8me lymphatique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque le sang s\u2019\u00e9paissit, les plaquettes se saturent et s\u2019unissent les unes aux autres, se collant entre elles. Lorsque ce sang atteint les capillaires, <strong>il ne peut pas circuler avec fluidit\u00e9, de sorte que l\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne et les nutriments n\u2019atteignent pas de fa\u00e7on ad\u00e9quate la cellule<\/strong>. Selon Andreas Moritz, c\u2019est l\u2019une des principales cause de cancers ainsi que d\u2019une large vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de maladies aigu\u00ebs et chroniques, telles que les crises cardiaques, les accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, la scl\u00e9rose en plaques, la fibromyalgie, la maladie d\u2019Alzheimer, le Parkinson, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le corps r\u00e9agit afin de garantir le passage fluide du sang, notamment en \u00e9paississant les parois des vaisseaux sanguins.<\/p>\n<h2>Causes<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La principale cause de l\u2019\u00e9paississement du sang est <strong>la prot\u00e9ine des aliments<\/strong>. Par exemple, nous n\u2019avons pas la m\u00eame capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer les prot\u00e9ines animales qu\u2019un animal carnivore. Dans le meilleur des cas, nous pourrons dig\u00e9rer 25 % du total ing\u00e9r\u00e9, les prot\u00e9ines restantes circulent dans le sang jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles atteignent les tissus intercellulaires, se m\u00e9langeant avec les toxines restantes produites par les cellules ainsi qu\u2019avec les cellules mortes restantes, qui sont \u00e9galement de la mati\u00e8re prot\u00e9ique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le liquide intercellulaire se transforme ainsi en une sorte de gel. Les nutriments qui essayent d\u2019atteindre la cellule sont alors pris au pi\u00e8ge dans une \u00abmousse \u00e9paisse\u00bb, ce qui augmente le risque de mort des cellules due \u00e0 la famine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0 ce stade, il est tr\u00e8s logique de penser que dans cette soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de surabondance, <strong>la plupart des gens, en d\u00e9pit d\u2019\u00eatre suraliment\u00e9s, souffrent de malnutrition<\/strong>. Ceci peut \u00eatre constat\u00e9 par la grande quantit\u00e9 de nourriture consomm\u00e9e afin d\u2019essayer de compenser ce sentiment de \u00ab\u00a0famine cellulaire\u00a0\u00bb. Cette situation est aggrav\u00e9e par le manque d\u2019hydratation et par l\u2019apport de plus en plus important d\u2019huiles de pi\u00e8tre qualit\u00e9, de produits pr\u00e9par\u00e9s avec des conservateurs et des additifs toxiques pour l\u2019homme, et de produits raffin\u00e9s. Il en r\u00e9sulte une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 malade, avec une incidence de maladies d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives ou circulatoires jamais vue dans le pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/espesamiento-de-la-sangre1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-2790\" title=\"L\u2019\u00e9paississement du sang\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/07\/espesamiento-de-la-sangre1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"591\" height=\"376\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour en revenir aux aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines, ils <strong>sont les plus grands producteurs d\u2019acide et ceux qui densifient le plus le sang<\/strong>. Le corps essaye de pr\u00e9venir la mort cellulaire en s\u2019effor\u00e7ant de supprimer cet exc\u00e8s de prot\u00e9ine du fluide intercellulaire, <strong>en transformant cette prot\u00e9ine en fibre collag\u00e8ne qui sera stock\u00e9e sur la paroi des vaisseaux sanguins<\/strong>, la rendant beaucoup plus \u00e9paisse, et finalement, si nous n\u2019y rem\u00e9dions pas au pr\u00e9alable, en provoquant un durcissement des art\u00e8res et un \u00e9ventuel effondrement du syst\u00e8me. En parall\u00e8le, <strong>une congestion du syst\u00e8me lymphatique<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 provoqu\u00e9e en absorbant cette partie de l\u2019exc\u00e8s de prot\u00e9ines ce qui emp\u00eache d\u2019autant plus la d\u00e9sintoxication du corps.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Certains signes que chacun peut remarquer indiquent que ce processus \u00e0 commencer :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Troubles digestifs.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Calculs biliaires dans le foie et la v\u00e9sicule.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ballonnements.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prise de poids et graisse accumul\u00e9e au niveau du ventre (m\u00e2le) et des hanches (femmes).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Engourdissements des bras et des jambes pendant que nous dormons.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mauvaise circulation avec les membres froids en hiver et excessivement chauds en \u00e9t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Troubles cutan\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous recommandons de faire de l\u2019exercice et d\u2019adapter notre alimentation en \u00e9liminant les prot\u00e9ines animales et en <strong>r\u00e9duisant consid\u00e9rablement la consommation de prot\u00e9ines<\/strong>, en augmentant la consommation d\u2019eau de qualit\u00e9, en \u00e9liminant les substances toxiques (caf\u00e9, tabac, alcool, additifs), en pr\u00e9f\u00e9rant les aliments non transform\u00e9s, notamment les fruits et les l\u00e9gumes frais, en \u00e9liminant les fritures et les graisses polyinsatur\u00e9es ou hydrog\u00e9n\u00e9es et en augmentant la consommation d\u2019acides gras essentiels, en particulier les om\u00e9ga 3.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nous pouvons tester de nombreuses fioles. Pour trouver la source du trouble, il serait convenable d\u2019utiliser une fiole fondamentale, celle de <strong>l\u2019oxyg\u00e9nation<\/strong>, ainsi que celle de<strong> l\u2019acide et de la lymphe<\/strong> qui se trouve dans un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-diagnostic\/12-test-diagnostic-basic-elargi.html\">test de base de kin\u00e9siologie<\/a>.
