En d&#8217;autres termes, nous pouvons influencer tous les processus fonctionnels dominants de la chimie et de la biologie mol\u00e9culaire.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si ces catalyseurs ne fonctionnent pas correctement, un <strong>stress oxydatif<\/strong> se produit. Les produits r\u00e9sultant de l&#8217;oxydation cellulaire (radicaux libres) ne peuvent alors pas \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9s et r\u00e9duits, ce qui <strong>peut causer des dommages irr\u00e9parables \u00e0 la cellule<\/strong> et \u00e0 son ADN.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le stress oxydatif <strong>est impliqu\u00e9 dans de nombreuses maladies<\/strong> telles que l&#8217;ath\u00e9roscl\u00e9rose, la maladie de Parkinson, la scl\u00e9rose lat\u00e9rale amyotrophique (SLA), la sensibilit\u00e9 chimique multiple, la parodontite, la maladie d&#8217;Alzheimer et le vieillissement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque nous parlons de l\u00e9sion cellulaire, <strong>il faut pr\u00e9ciser que pour que le dommage cellulaire apparaisse, il faudra d&#8217;abord que des l\u00e9sions enzymatiques et chimiques se produisent<\/strong>. En d&#8217;autres termes, le m\u00e9tabolisme biochimique, et notamment un syst\u00e8me biochimique de base des cellules quelconque, devra \u00eatre initialement perturb\u00e9 avant le dommage cellulaire. Lorsque le <strong>cycle de Krebs<\/strong> sera alt\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&#8217;une de ces causes, la cons\u00e9quence premi\u00e8re sera l&#8217;apparition de perturbations fonctionnelles. Par cons\u00e9quent, si nous avons affaire \u00e0 un patient atteint d&#8217;une pathologie fonctionnelle, nous avons tout lieu de penser que des modifications enzymatiques et catalytiques, qui peuvent induire ou encourager ces perturbations, se produiront certainement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le corps tente de compenser les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres, et lorsque la voie a\u00e9robie \u00e9choue, il tente d&#8217;utiliser la voie ana\u00e9robie. \u00c0 titre d&#8217;exemple, l&#8217;enc\u00e9phalopathie hypoxique-isch\u00e9mique, dans laquelle la voie ana\u00e9robie <strong>est non seulement moins efficace en termes de production d&#8217;\u00e9nergie, mais \u00e9galement toxique \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu&#8217;elle g\u00e9n\u00e8re une accumulation de catabolites<\/strong> et produit une acidification du syst\u00e8me et un dysfonctionnement de la cellule.
