La prima fase si chiama <strong>osteopenia<\/strong> ed \u00e8 quella in cui si verifica una riduzione della densit\u00e0 della massa ossea che, se non corretta, dar\u00e0 poi luogo all\u2019osteoporosi, caratterizzata da una <strong>fragilit\u00e0 e da una debolezza estrema delle ossa<\/strong>, che in molti casi provoca la frattura delle medesime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">L\u2019osteoporosi <strong>predilige le donne<\/strong>, che secondo le statistiche hanno quattro volte in pi\u00f9 di probabilit\u00e0 di soffrirne rispetto agli uomini, ma esistono altri gruppi di soggetti a rischio:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Persone anziane: pi\u00f9 l\u2019et\u00e0 \u00e8 avanzata, maggiori sono le probabilit\u00e0 di soffrirne. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone di discendenza caucasica e asiatica sono pi\u00f9 inclini a questa patologia. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone con precedenti familiari presentano un rischio pi\u00f9 elevato rispetto alle persone senza precedenti. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone magre o di bassa statura presentano rischi maggiori. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le donne in fase di menopausa con bassi livelli di estrogeni. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Gli uomini di una certa et\u00e0 con un ridotto livello di testosterone. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone che presentano un eccesso di ormoni della tiroide (ipertiroidismo) \u00a0 <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone che presentano alterazioni alle paratiroidi e alle ghiandole surrenali. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone che presentano scarsi livelli di calcio e vitamina D, che comportano una riduzione della densit\u00e0 ossea.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone affette da anoressia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone che svolgono scarsa attivit\u00e0 fisica. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone che consumano abitualmente alcol, che pu\u00f2 interferire con la capacit\u00e0 di assorbimento di calcio del corpo. <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Le persone che fumano.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Cause<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Sostanzialmente le cause di questa patologia risiedono negli <strong>squilibri ormonali e nell\u2019eccesso di acidificazione nell\u2019organismo<\/strong> a seguito di una dieta non equilibrata, con un eccesso di alimenti acidificanti o di idrati di carbonio a elevato indice glicemico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">In caso di acidificazione, l\u2019organismo deve riequilibrare l\u2019eccesso di acido nel sangue con le seguenti modalit\u00e0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\">Conserva gli acidi e<strong> li stocca nei tessuti<\/strong> e nelle articolazioni in attesa di un maggiore apporto alcalino.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: IT;\" lang=\"IT\"><strong>Attinge alle riserve alcaline<\/strong> per ottenere elementi minerali fondamentali quali calcio, potassio e magnesio, che ottiene da ossa, denti, pelle.
