En effet, d&#8217;apr\u00e8s les statistiques, elles sont quatre fois plus susceptibles d&#8217;\u00eatre atteintes que les hommes. D&#8217;autres groupes sont \u00e9galement jug\u00e9s \u00e0 risque :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es, la probabilit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00eatre atteint augmente avec l&#8217;\u00e2ge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes d&#8217;origine caucasienne et asiatique sont plus susceptibles.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes ayant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents familiaux sont plus \u00e0 risque que les personnes sans ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes minces ou petites sont plus \u00e0 risque.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les femmes lors de la m\u00e9nopause, avec de faibles taux d&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8ne.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les hommes d&#8217;un certain \u00e2ge avec une diminution des taux de testost\u00e9rone.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes ayant un exc\u00e8s d&#8217;hormone thyro\u00efdienne (hyperthyro\u00efdie).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes ayant une d\u00e9ficience de la parathyro\u00efde et des glandes surr\u00e9nales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes ayant de faibles taux de calcium et de vitamine D, ce qui diminue la densit\u00e9 osseuse.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes souffrant d&#8217;anorexie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes qui font peu d&#8217;exercice.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les personnes qui consomment r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de l&#8217;alcool, car il peut interf\u00e9rer avec la capacit\u00e9 du corps \u00e0 absorber le calcium.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les fumeurs.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 116%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Causes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 116%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Les principales causes sont <strong>les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux et l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;acidification dans le corps<\/strong> d\u00fb \u00e0 une mauvaise alimentation, compos\u00e9e d&#8217;un exc\u00e8s d&#8217;aliments acidifiants tels que les prot\u00e9ines ou les glucides, ayant un indice glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"line-height: 116%; text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Dans les cas d&#8217;acidification, le corps doit \u00e9quilibrer l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;acide dans le sang. Il peut y parvenir de deux fa\u00e7ons :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">En gardant les acides et en les <strong>stockant dans les tissus<\/strong> et les articulations, en attendant un apport alcalin plus important.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">En profitant des r\u00e9serves alcalines, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire des <strong>bases min\u00e9rales telles que le calcium, le potassium et le magn\u00e9sium<\/strong>, puis\u00e9es dans les os, les dents
