Malgr\u00e9 le manque d&#8217;\u00e9tudes d\u00e9finitives, il appara\u00eet que lors d&#8217;une analyse sanguine, une augmentation de <strong>l&#8217;homocyst\u00e9ine peut pr\u00e9dire le risque d&#8217;accident cardiovasculaire<\/strong>. Les personnes ayant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents, les personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es et celles qui souffrent d&#8217;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 doivent surveiller leur taux d&#8217;homocyst\u00e9ine pour \u00e9viter des frayeurs fatales \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;homocyst\u00e9ine (HC) acide 2-amino-4-sulfanyl-butano\u00efque est un acide amin\u00e9 soufr\u00e9 tr\u00e8s important dans le transfert de groupements m\u00e9thyles lors du m\u00e9tabolisme cellulaire. Elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un facteur d\u00e9terminant dans le d\u00e9veloppement de maladies cardiovasculaires et c\u00e9r\u00e9brovasculaires. Cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment, qui est lib\u00e9r\u00e9 lorsque le corps dig\u00e8re de l&#8217;acide folique et d&#8217;autres vitamines B (notamment les vitamines B6 et B12), <strong>est un indicateur de dysfonctionnement de l&#8217;organisme<\/strong>. Il se manifeste lors d&#8217;une augmentation de cette substance chimique dans le plasma.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais \u00e0 part les maladies cardiovasculaires, les carences en vitamines \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es ci-dessus (B6 et B12) <strong>peuvent \u00e9galement causer des troubles cognitifs<\/strong>. La disponibilit\u00e9 insuffisante de groupements m\u00e9thyles emp\u00eache le correct m\u00e9tabolisme de la my\u00e9line, des neurotransmetteurs et des membranes de phospholipides. Elle se manifestera ensuite sous la forme de maladies neuronales : <strong>maladie d&#8217;Alzheimer, maladie de Parkinson, \u00e9pilepsie, d\u00e9mence<\/strong>, etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;homocyst\u00e9ine, qui est de nos jours analys\u00e9e dans les cas de risque cardiovasculaire, <strong>est impliqu\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;ath\u00e9roscl\u00e9rose<\/strong>. Elle affecte \u00e9galement le sang, en rendant les plaquettes plus collantes et en favorisant la formation de caillots qui peuvent obstruer int\u00e9gralement les art\u00e8res et les veines, engendrant des thromboses et d&#8217;autres accidents vasculaires. Ces deux informations nous aideront \u00e0 d\u00e9finir plus clairement le risque imm\u00e9diat d&#8217;accident cardiovasculaire. Nous examinerons les fioles d&#8217;un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-diagnostic\/22-test-dinflammations.html\">test d&#8217;inflammations<\/a>, et en particulier : <strong>interleukines (IL) IL-1, 6, 8, interf\u00e9ron <\/strong><\/span><strong><span style=\"font-family: Symbol;\" lang=\"FR\">gamma<\/span><\/strong><span style=\"mso-ascii-font-family: Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family: Calibri; mso-bidi-font-family: Calibri; mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\"><strong>, TNF-\u03b1, leucotri\u00e8ne-4 et la prot\u00e9ine C r\u00e9active (PCR)<\/strong>.<\/span><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\"> La fiole d&#8217;IL-4, 5,6,10 (TH2) nous informera sur la modulation et l&#8217;inhibition de l&#8217;inflammation et diminuera donc le risque cardiovasculaire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify; line-height: normal; mso-layout-grid-align: none; text-autospace: none;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">En cas de troubles de la m\u00e9moire et d&#8217;autres probl\u00e8mes neurologiques ou d\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs, l<strong>es fioles d&#8217;homocyst\u00e9ine, de vitamine B6 et de vitamine B12<\/strong> peuvent \u00eatre utiles, en r\u00e9v\u00e9lant un manque de vitamines B6 et B12 ou d&#8217;autres facteurs \u00e0 l&#8217;origine de l&#8217;hyperhomocyst\u00e9in\u00e9mie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: FR;\" lang=\"FR\">Pour changer, et nous le disons avec une certaine ironie \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu&#8217;elle influe sur la pr\u00e9vention de toutes les maladies, <strong>nous lutterons contre ce probl\u00e8me gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une alimentation appropri\u00e9e<\/strong>, avec des quantit\u00e9s importantes de fruits et l\u00e9gumes qui nous apportent de l&#8217;acide folique, <strong>et \u00e9galement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des suppl\u00e9ments en vitamine B6 et B12<\/strong>. Nous devons cependant nous r\u00e9f\u00e9rer \u00e0 ce que nous avons comment\u00e9 dans notre article de la semaine derni\u00e8re, \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/fr\/2013\/12\/03\/nutricion-en-las-enfermedades-cardiacacas-3\/\">Alimentation et maladies cardiaques<\/a>\u00bb, qui encourage \u00e0 supprimer tout ce qui peut
