Pese a la falta de estudios definitivos, en una anal\u00edtica de sangre, <strong>un aumento de la homociste\u00edna puede predecir el riesgo de sufrir un accidente cardiovascular<\/strong>. Las personas con antecedentes, que sufran obesidad y de mayor edad deben vigilar sus niveles para evitar sustos fatales\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La homociste\u00edna (HC) 2-amino-4-sulfamil-\u00e1cido butanoico es un amino\u00e1cido azufrado muy importante en la transferencia de grupos metilos en el metabolismo celular, este ha sido considerado factor influyente en el desarrollo de <strong>enfermedades cardiovasculares y cerebro vasculares<\/strong>. Este elemento, que se que se libera cuando el cuerpo digiere \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y otras vitaminas del grupo B (en especial B6 y B12) <strong>es efectivamente un indicador de que algo va mal en el organismo<\/strong>, se manifiesta cuando hay una elevaci\u00f3n de esta sustancia qu\u00edmica a nivel plasm\u00e1tico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pero aparte de las enfermedades cardiovasculares la deficiencia de alguna de las vitaminas nombradas anteriormente (B6 y B12), <strong>puede tambi\u00e9n causar deterioro cognitivo<\/strong>. La insuficiente disponibilidad de grupos metilo, impide el correcto metabolismo de mielina, neurotransmisores y membrana de fosfol\u00edpidos, que posteriormente se ver\u00e1 reflejado como enfermedades neuronales: <strong>enfermedad de alzehimer, parkinson, epilepsia, demencia<\/strong> etc.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La homociste\u00edna que hoy en d\u00eda se analiza en los casos de riesgo cardiovascular,\u00a0 se encuentra implicada en el <strong>desarrollo de la arteriosclerosis<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n afecta a la sangre, haciendo las plaquetas m\u00e1s adhesivas y, favoreciendo la formaci\u00f3n de co\u00e1gulos, que pueden llegar a obstruir totalmente las arterias y venas, lo que da lugar a las trombosis y otros accidentes vasculares. La homociste\u00edna tambi\u00e9n reduce la flexibilidad de las arterias y de las venas, mediante el impedimento de su dilataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1720\" title=\"El ciclo de la homocisteina\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/12\/homocisteina.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"171\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los factores que influyen en el aumento de homociste\u00edna son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deficiencia de folatos, piridoxina o problemas en la absorci\u00f3n de vitamina B12.<\/li>\n<li>Alteraciones en h\u00edgado, ri\u00f1\u00f3n, hipotiroidismo, neoplasia y trasplante.<\/li>\n<li>Toxicidad por f\u00e1rmacos o por exceso de alcohol o caf\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Problemas enzim\u00e1ticos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Si adem\u00e1s de niveles altos de este amino\u00e1cido hay un <strong>\u00edndice de masa corporal (IMC) elevado los riesgos de ictus<\/strong> criptog\u00e9nico (de origen desconocido) <strong>son mucho m\u00e1s elevados<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Test y tratamiento<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el test utilizaremos la <strong>ampolla de homociste\u00edna<\/strong> del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kits-de-testaje\/127-test-sistema-endocrino-ampliado.html\">Test de sistema endocrino ampliado<\/a>. Adem\u00e1s podremos testar la inflamaci\u00f3n, ambas informaciones nos ayudar\u00e1 a definir m\u00e1s claramente el riesgo de accidente cardiovascular inmediato, miraremos las ampollas de un test de inflamaciones en especial las siguientes: <strong>interleucinas (IL) IL-1,6, 8, interfer\u00f3n\u00a0gamma, TNF-\u03b1, leukotriene-4 y la prote\u00edna C Reactiva<\/strong> <strong>(PCR)<\/strong>. La ampolla de IL-4,5,6,10 (TH2) sin embargo, nos informar\u00e1 de que se modula y se inhibe en cierta forma la inflamaci\u00f3n por tanto restar\u00e1 fuerza al peligro cardiovascular.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0En caso de alteraciones de la memoria y otros <strong>problemas cognitivos<\/strong> degenerativos las ampollas de <strong>homocisteina, vitamina B6 y B12<\/strong> pueden ser de gran ayuda, revelando una carencia de ambas vitaminas u otros factores inductores de la hiperhomocisteinemia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0Para variar y lo decimos con cierta iron\u00eda, ya que influye en la prevenci\u00f3n de todas las enfermedades, combatiremos este problema a trav\u00e9s de una <strong>dieta adecuada con gran cantidad de verduras y frutas, que nos aportar\u00e1n \u00e1cido f\u00f3lico y tambi\u00e9n a trav\u00e9s de suplementos de vitamina B6 y B12<\/strong>.
