El estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico es una reacci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica a situaciones de extrema tensi\u00f3n y el mismo se presenta con distintos tipos de desorden psicol\u00f3gico que en determinados casos, pueden converger en otros de tipo fisiol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Habitualmente las l\u00edneas de afectaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica son tres: las que tienen que ver con recordar repetidamente el hecho traum\u00e1tico sucedido, las que tiene que ver con la reacci\u00f3n de evasi\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica, y por \u00faltimo las relacionadas con la excitaci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica extrema. Cada una de ellas tiene unas consecuencias directas y concretas determinadas. Veamos por tanto con m\u00e1s detalle los <strong>s\u00edntomas<\/strong>, los m\u00e1s importantes ser\u00edan:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>\u00abReviviscencia\u00bb<\/strong> repetitiva del hecho, lo cual perturba las actividades diarias: Revivimos el hecho una y otra vez, o lo recordamos, incluso tenemos pesadillas sobre el mismo momento y una <strong>somatizaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del mismo. Se proyecta inconscientemente ese miedo hacia el futuro.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evasi\u00f3n<\/strong>: Alteraci\u00f3n emocional que nos hace ser insensibles ante la vida, menos involucrados con los hechos presentes<\/li>\n<li><strong>Excitaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, nerviosismo, dificultad para concentrase, respuestas exageradas y sobresaltos ante circunstancias adversas, irritabilidad, hipervigilancia, insomnio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En determinadas ocasiones se tiene tambi\u00e9n s\u00edntomas parecidos a los que se viven con <strong>ansiedad y depresi\u00f3n<\/strong> como son los mareos, agitaci\u00f3n y excitabilidad, taquicardias o pulso acelerado y dolor de cabeza. Si esta patolog\u00eda no es tratada puede dar lugar a un<strong> aislamiento de la persona y a un estado de depresi\u00f3n<\/strong>, ataques de p\u00e1nico y pueden dar lugar a alg\u00fan tipo de <strong>adicci\u00f3n o drogadicci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Circunstancias en que se da el estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0No existe una regla fija en las que se manifieste el estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico, pues <strong>depender\u00e1 de cada persona y de la fortaleza o reacci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica<\/strong> de \u00e9sta para que la afectaci\u00f3n de una determinada vivencia desemboque en una determinada reacci\u00f3n u otra, pero existen casos generales en los que el estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico es proclive a hacer acto de presencia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As\u00ed, entre otros, el estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico es com\u00fan que pueda presentarse por ejemplo <strong>despu\u00e9s de haber vivido situaciones de guerra, terrorismo o accidentes de autom\u00f3vil<\/strong>. Tambi\u00e9n es t\u00edpica la aparici\u00f3n de estr\u00e9s postraum\u00e1tico en las personas v\u00edctimas de<strong> violencia de g\u00e9nero, de asaltos violentos o style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aparte de la evidencia l\u00f3gica de comprobar como la persona reacciona a los diferentes est\u00edmulos, despu\u00e9s de un hecho negativo de gran trascendencia para ella, el test de esta patolog\u00eda se puede hacer con la <strong>ampolla de trauma<\/strong>. Adem\u00e1s habr\u00e1 otras como <strong>hipersensibilidad, desorden emocional,<\/strong> que deber\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n cambiar la informaci\u00f3n, estas est\u00e1n incluidas en el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kits-de-testaje\/100-kit-de-testje-de-emociones-negativas.html\">kit de emociones negativas<\/a>. En muchos casos adem\u00e1s, a nivel endocrino, observaremos una <strong>bajada de endorfinas y serotonina<\/strong>, por lo que este test nos puede ayudar a confirmar este punto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No obstante en el protocolo habitual que hagamos veremos claramente como al testar el sistema l\u00edmbico nos dar\u00e1 <strong>\u201cmiedo al futuro\u201d o \u201cno aceptaci\u00f3n del pasado que nos impide aceptar el presente\u201d<\/strong>. Esto podemos verlo en el art\u00edculo del 7 de mayo de 2013 en nuestro blog: \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/2013\/05\/07\/tecnicas-emocionales-en-kinesiologia\/\">T\u00e9cnicas emocionales en kinesiolog\u00eda<\/a>\u00ab.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para el tratamiento podemos aplicar las t\u00e9cnicas que aparecen en ese mismo art\u00edculo, o en el art\u00edculo del 30 de junio de 2013: \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/2013\/07\/30\/puntos-de-fijacion-del-hipotalamo\/\">Puntos de fijaci\u00f3n del hipot\u00e1lamo<\/a>\u201d, siempre y cuando el test me confirme su idoneidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En \u00faltimo extremo, se puede emplear una forma de tratamiento llamada<strong> \u00abdesensibilizaci\u00f3n\u00bb<\/strong> que ayuda a reducir los s\u00edntomas, intentando<strong> recordar y revivir el hecho traum\u00e1tico expresando el paciente sus sentimientos<\/strong> al respecto.
