el resultado de la afectaci\u00f3n de <strong>emociones negativas, como los celos, la rabia y otras emociones bajas que sienten unas personas por otras.<\/strong> No es algo que tenga que ser consciente aunque pueda serlo tambi\u00e9n. Para que estas emociones afecten realmente, las personas a las que van dirigidos los mismos deben estar mal emocionalmente, deben por decirlo de otra forma, tener sus defensas bajas. El resultado ser\u00e1 que los afectados <strong>padecer\u00e1n alteraciones incomprensibles. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Una variante de esta patolog\u00eda energ\u00e9tica es el <strong>autopensamiento negativo<\/strong>, con la diferencia de que <strong>nuestro enemigo no es otro que nosotros mismos<\/strong>. Hay veces que se producen situaciones en la vida en donde nuestra exigencia propia se convierte en un<span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0 <\/span>verdadero peligro, hay un exceso de autocr\u00edtica. Tambi\u00e9n puede ser debido a una interacci\u00f3n con otras personas en las cuales nos han hecho sentir inferior, menos que nada, la frase: \u201cno sirves para nada, lo haces todo al rev\u00e9s\u201d simboliza este tipo de situaciones.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Testaje y tratamiento<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En el pensamiento negativo usamos el mudra, que es los <strong>dedos con la palma en forma de pu\u00f1o, con el pulgar entre el \u00edndice y coraz\u00f3n<\/strong>. Si cambia el indicador es que alguien le est\u00e1 mandando estos pensamientos negativos. Tenemos que verificar que sea otra persona no ella misma.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Para tratarlo fijamos el mudra y testamos una <strong>flor de Bach<\/strong>, para lo que usaremos un <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/31-test-flores-de-bach.html\">kit de testaje de flores de Bach<\/a>. En la mayor\u00eda de los caos <strong>la flor o flores que nos d\u00e9, tendr\u00e1 m\u00e1s proximidad con quien manda el pensamiento o la emoci\u00f3n mandada<\/strong>, que con el que lo recibe. Por tanto comprobaremos luego si esta flor sola, va bien para el paciente o la combinamos con otra despu\u00e9s de quitar la fijaci\u00f3n del mudra.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-1183\" title=\"Testaje de autopensamiento negativo\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Testaje-de-autopensamiento-negativo-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"270\" height=\"203\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Testaje-de-autopensamiento-negativo-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Testaje-de-autopensamiento-negativo-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Testaje-de-autopensamiento-negativo.jpg 1632w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 270px) 100vw, 270px\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">En la otra variante, el autopensamiento negativo, utilizaremos otro mudra: <strong>los dedos en forma de pu\u00f1o y el pulgar escondido en su interior<\/strong>. Si al utilizar el mudra cambia el indicador es que nosotros mismos estamos mand\u00e1ndonos pensamientos negativos y refleja una baja autoestima.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Fijamos el mudra y buscamos la flor o flores de Bach adecuada. Es recomendable leer en alto las caracter\u00edsticas de la flor, para que el paciente recapacite sobre su estado de \u00e1nimo.
