{"id":11105,"date":"2023-03-24T18:32:04","date_gmt":"2023-03-24T16:32:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/?p=11105"},"modified":"2023-03-24T18:32:10","modified_gmt":"2023-03-24T16:32:10","slug":"como-se-alimentar-para-manter-a-saude-dos-seus-dentes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/pt-pt\/2023\/03\/24\/como-se-alimentar-para-manter-a-saude-dos-seus-dentes\/","title":{"rendered":"Como se alimentar para manter a sa\u00fade dos seus dentes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/cuidado-de-los-dientes.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11093\" width=\"556\" height=\"313\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/cuidado-de-los-dientes.jpg 900w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/cuidado-de-los-dientes-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/cuidado-de-los-dientes-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 556px) 100vw, 556px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00e1lcio, magn\u00e9sio e f\u00f3sforo<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Os <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/pt\/kit-teste-de-tratamento\/205-kit-de-minerais.html\">minerais<\/a><\/strong> essenciais para dentes e ossos fortes s\u00e3o o c\u00e1lcio, o f\u00f3sforo e o magn\u00e9sio, em equil\u00edbrio, na propor\u00e7\u00e3o 2-2-1, respetivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O c\u00e1lcio n\u00e3o funciona bem sem os outros minerais e, por esta raz\u00e3o, \u00e9 in\u00fatil tomar muito c\u00e1lcio (de forma natural ou em suplementos) isoladamente, sem contemplar os outros dois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimentos ricos em c\u00e1lcio: queijo, am\u00eandoas, avel\u00e3s, s\u00e9samo, pist\u00e1cios, figos, gr\u00e3o-de-bico, acelga, espinafres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimentos ricos em magn\u00e9sio: castanha de caju, am\u00eandoas, abacate, sementes de ab\u00f3bora, espinafre, cacau, gr\u00e3o-de-bico, lentilha, feij\u00e3o, nozes, banana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimentos ricos em f\u00f3sforo: sementes de girassol, ovos, derivados de soja, queijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&nbsp;Vitaminas lipossol\u00faveis<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existem tr\u00eas <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/pt\/kit-teste-de-tratamento\/99-teste-de-vitaminas.html\">vitaminas <\/a><\/strong>b\u00e1sicas para a sa\u00fade oral, s\u00e3o estas a vitamina A, a vitamina D e a vitamina K2, todas elas sol\u00faveis em gordura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamina A<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A vitamina A \u00e9 essencial para o desenvolvimento das mucosas e tecidos como dentes, ossos, e para o desenvolvimento adequado do feto e do sistema imunit\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 uma vitamina lipossol\u00favel e encontramo-la na gordura animal (retinol), e nos vegetais a que chamamos betacarotenos (como a cenoura ou a batata-doce).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimentos ricos em vitamina A: cenoura, batata-doce, ab\u00f3bora, espinafre, tomate, manteiga, queijo cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamina D<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A vitamina D \u00e9 essencial para a absor\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00e1lcio, para o funcionamento do sistema imunit\u00e1rio, para o metabolismo, para a regula\u00e7\u00e3o da glicemia e para o funcionamento do c\u00e9rebro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dever\u00edamos obter a vitamina D de que necessitamos atrav\u00e9s da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o solar. Infelizmente, passamos poucas horas ao ar livre e tentamos obter esta vitamina atrav\u00e9s dos alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As melhores fontes de vitamina D prov\u00eam de alimentos de origem animal: ovos, queijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m podemos encontr\u00e1-la em vegetais como cogumelos (D2), mas custa mais a processar. Na verdade, apenas podemos obter dos alimentos 10% da vitamina total de que precisamos para funcionarmos bem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A receita ideal para manter um bom n\u00edvel \u00e9 seguir uma dieta rica em antioxidantes (aqueles encontrados nas vitaminas A, C, E, betacarotenos, zinco e sel\u00e9nio) e gorduras saud\u00e1veis, o que nos permite preparar o corpo para absorver melhor os raios solares. Temos de nos expor ao sol logo ao in\u00edcio do dia, ao meio-dia (cerca de dez minutos) e ao final do dia, durante o p\u00f4r do sol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alimentos com vitamina D: cogumelos, queijo cru e, em menor grau, ovos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A favor das gorduras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As gorduras saturadas s\u00e3o gorduras muito est\u00e1veis e, se as consumirmos, proporcionam estabilidade, rigidez e estrutura \u00e0s c\u00e9lulas do nosso corpo. Este grupo \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por produtos de origem animal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por outro lado, as gorduras insaturadas s\u00e3o mais flex\u00edveis e ajudam a eliminar compostos desnecess\u00e1rios para a c\u00e9lula. S\u00e3o elas: azeite, abacate, \u00f3leo de c\u00e2nhamo, sementes e os frutos secos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As membranas celulares precisam de ambos os tipos de gordura para serem est\u00e1veis, flex\u00edveis e saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dentro das gorduras insaturadas, existe um subgrupo formado pelas gorduras polinsaturadas. Os \u00f3megas-3 e 6 fazem parte e desempenham um papel importante nos processos inflamat\u00f3rios.
