Il est donc inutle d\u2019en prendre beaucoup de mani\u00e8re naturelle ou en suppl\u00e9ment, sans tenir compte des deux autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aliments riches en calcium&nbsp;: fromage, amandes, noisettes, s\u00e9same, pistaches, figues, pois chiches, blettes, \u00e9pinards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aliments riches en magn\u00e9sium : noix de cajou, amandes, avocats, graines de citrouille, \u00e9pinards, cacao, pois chiches, lentilles, haricots, noix, bananes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aliments riches en phosphore : graines de tournesol, \u0153ufs, produits \u00e0 base de soja, fromage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamines liposolubles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe trois <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/fr\/kits-test-de-traitement\/99-test-de-vitamines.html\">vitamines<\/a><\/strong> de base pour la sant\u00e9 bucco-dentaire et ce sont la vitamine A, la vitamine D et la vitamine K2, qui sont toutes liposolubles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamine A<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamine A est essentielle au d\u00e9veloppement des muqueuses et des tissus tels que les dents, les os, ainsi qu\u2019au bon d\u00e9veloppement du f\u0153tus et du syst\u00e8me immunitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est une vitamine liposoluble et on la retrouve dans les graisses animales, le r\u00e9tinol et dans les l\u00e9gumes que l&#8217;on appelle b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne (carottes ou patates douces).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aliments riches en vitamine A : Carotte, patate douce, potiron, \u00e9pinard, tomate, beurre, fromage cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"474\" height=\"324\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/minerales-para-cuidar-la-dentatura.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11095\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/minerales-para-cuidar-la-dentatura.jpg 474w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/minerales-para-cuidar-la-dentatura-300x205.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 474px) 100vw, 474px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vitamine D<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamine D est essentielle \u00e0 l&#8217;absorption du calcium, au fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, au m\u00e9tabolisme, \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation du glucose dans le sang et au fonctionnement du cerveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour obtenir la vitamine D de fa\u00e7on naturelle, Il faudrait \u00eatre s\u2019exposer plus au soleil. Mais malheureusement, nous passons peu d\u2019heures \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur et nous pouvons obtenir cette vitamine de la nourriture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les meilleures sources de vitamine D proviennent des aliments d&#8217;origine animale : \u0153ufs, fromage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On peut aussi en trouver dans les l\u00e9gumes comme les champignons (D2), mais cela co\u00fbte plus cher \u00e0 transformer. En fait, nous ne pouvons obtenir que 10 % de la quantit\u00e9 totale de vitamines dont nous avons besoin pour bien fonctionner \u00e0 partir des aliments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette id\u00e9ale pour maintenir un bon niveau est de suivre une alimentation riche en antioxydants (ceux que l&#8217;on trouve dans les vitamines A, C, E, b\u00eata-carot\u00e8ne, zinc et s\u00e9l\u00e9nium) et en graisses saines, qui nous permettent de pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 mieux absorber le soleil des rayons. Il faut s&#8217;exposer au soleil en tout d\u00e9but de journ\u00e9e, \u00e0 midi (une dizaine de minutes) et en fin de journ\u00e9e, au coucher du soleil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aliments contenant de la vitamine D : Champignons, fromage cru et, dans une moindre mesure, \u0153ufs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En faveur du gras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les graisses satur\u00e9es sont des graisses tr\u00e8s stables et, si nous les consommons, elles apportent stabilit\u00e9, rigidit\u00e9 et structure aux cellules de notre corps. Ce groupe est compos\u00e9 de produits d&#8217;origine animale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De leur c\u00f4t\u00e9, les graisses insatur\u00e9es sont plus souples et aident \u00e0 \u00e9liminerce qui est inutile pour la cellule. Il s\u2019agit de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, les avocats, l&#8217;huile de chanvre, les graines et les noix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les membranes cellulaires ont besoin des deux types de graisse pour \u00eatre stables, flexibles et saines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi les graisses insatur\u00e9es, il existe un sous-groupe compos\u00e9 de graisses polyinsatur\u00e9es. Les om\u00e9gas 3 et 6 font partie et jouent un r\u00f4le important dans les processus inflammatoires.
