Cependant, si cela se poursuit pendant plus d&#8217;un mois, il peut entra\u00eener d&#8217;autres dommages collat\u00e9raux, tels que le risque de d\u00e9pendance, de d\u00e9pression ou d&#8217;accidents au cours de la routine quotidienne. Pour cette raison, la kin\u00e9siologie du sommeil est une alternative tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressante pour aider les personnes qui souffrent d&#8217;insomnie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment fonctionne la kin\u00e9siologie pour les troubles du sommeil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&#8217;abord, qu&#8217;est-ce qu&#8217;on d\u00e9finit comme un trouble du sommeil ? C&#8217;est n\u2019importe quelle pathologie qui inclue des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 dormir ou \u00e0 rester endormi, ainsi que celles dans lesquelles des comportements anormaux se produisent pendant le sommeil ou une tendance \u00e0 s&#8217;endormir \u00e0 des moments et \u00e0 des endroits inappropri\u00e9s. Les diff\u00e9rents types de troubles du sommeil sont la narcolepsie, le somnambulisme, les terreurs nocturnes et l&#8217;insomnie. Cette derni\u00e8re est la plus fr\u00e9quente dans la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le type de trouble du sommeil, le traitement par la kin\u00e9siologie sera, en toute logique, diff\u00e9rent. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que les mouvements du corps contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par un kin\u00e9siologue stimulent \u00e0 la fois la relaxation du corps et une augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature corporelle centrale, deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments tr\u00e8s importants pour initier et maintenir le sommeil.
