Questa condizione pu\u00f2 danneggiare silenziosamente l&#8217;organismo prima che i suoi sintomi si manifestino. Un&#8217;alimentazione sana ed equilibrata \u00e8 fondamentale per prevenire e trattare la pressione arteriosa alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cos&#8217;\u00e8 la pressione arteriosa alta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;ipertensione aumenta progressivamente la pressione sanguigna che scorre nelle arterie. Questo fa s\u00ec che le cellule del rivestimento interno delle arterie si danneggino, rendendole le stesse pi\u00f9 strette e meno flessibili. Il risultato \u00e8 che, nel tempo, il costante passaggio di sangue attraverso le arterie indebolite pu\u00f2 dilatare una sezione della parete e formare quello che \u00e8 noto come un aneurisma che, se si rompe, potrebbe causare gravi emorragie interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alcuni fattori di rischio legati alla pressione arteriosa alta non possono essere controllati, come la familiarit\u00e0, l&#8217;et\u00e0 superiore ai 60 anni o il genere sessuale. Ma altri possono essere monitorati per ottenere una maggiore prevenzione. Tra questi fattori si annovera un&#8217;alimentazione equilibrata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Alimenti che contribuiscono ad abbassare l&#8217;ipertensione<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per prevenire e trattare la pressione arteriosa alta, \u00e8 necessario eliminare l&#8217;eccesso di zuccheri, sale, caffeina, alcol e tabacco. Dovrebbero inoltre essere eliminati gli alimenti raffinati dalla dieta, cos\u00ec come i cibi grassi come le salsicce, scatolami, le conserve e i formaggi stagionati. Favorisce la circolazione sanguigna e protegge le arterie dall&#8217;invecchiamento.<\/li><li><strong>Sedano:<\/strong> diminuisce la pressione sanguigna e agevola l&#8217;aumento del flusso sanguigno.<\/li><li><strong>Banana:<\/strong> regola l&#8217;eliminazione idrica e arricchisce il corpo di vitamina A, C e acido folico.<\/li><li><strong>Carciofo: <\/strong>\u00e8 un eccellente alimento depurativo grazie alla sua ricchezza di fibre, acqua e potassio. Purifica il sangue dalle impurit\u00e0 e regola la formazione del colesterolo.<\/li><li><strong>Kiwi:<\/strong> antiossidante per eccellenza e grande fonte di vitamina C e A. Protegge le arterie e conferisce loro elasticit\u00e0.<\/li><li><strong>Olio d&#8217;oliva a crudo:<\/strong> l&#8217;acido oleico \u00e8 estremamente benefico per il funzionamento del sistema cardiovascolare.
