Non c&#8217;\u00e8 da stupirsi che il suo consumo sia aumentato considerevolmente negli ultimi 10 anni Tuttavia, occorre sottolineare che, affinch\u00e9 la vitamina D possa svolgere correttamente la sua funzione, deve essere supportata dal magnesio. Vediamo come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I benefici della vitamina D<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitamina D a livelli ottimali promuove la capacit\u00e0 di trattenere e assorbire minerali come il fosforo e il calcio, essenziali per lo sviluppo corretto a livello osseo e dentale. Di fatto, una deficienza di vitamina D pu\u00f2 condurre al rachitismo e all&#8217;osteoporosi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il modo migliore per assimilare questa vitamina nell&#8217;organismo \u00e8 l&#8217;esposizione controllata ai raggi solari. Il bagno solare, sempre da effettuarsi con la protezione necessaria contro i raggi UV, favorisce la regolazione nel sangue di minerali come quelli menzionati in precedenza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un&#8217;altra abbondante fonte di vitamina D \u00e8 costituita da una dieta alimentare che prevede prodotti lattiero-caseari, uova, salmone, sardine e fegato di manzo. Questi alimenti favoriscono la funzione immunitaria dell&#8217;organismo, oltre a ritardarne l&#8217;invecchiamento. Effettivamente, le persone con livelli insufficienti di magnesio non sono in grado di ottenere tutti i vantaggi della vitamina D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il magnesio non solo contribuisce al trasporto della vitamina D nel sangue, ma attiva anche le sue propriet\u00e0. Il consumo di vitamina D, sia per esposizione solare che per via orale, non determina di fatto la sua attivazione. \u00c8 necessario infatti che gli enzimi epatici e renali eseguano il loro compito prima che questa vitamina si possa attivare per assolvere alle sue funzioni vitali. Questi enzimi richiedono il magnesio per il loro corretto funzionamento. In caso contrario, la vitamina D sar\u00e0 presente nell&#8217;organismo, ma in forma inattiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pertanto, il magnesio aiuta ad attivare i recettori necessari alle cellule per sfruttare appieno la vitamina D.
