En effet, une carence en vitamine D peut conduire au rachitisme et \u00e0 l&#8217;ost\u00e9oporose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un des meilleurs moyens pour recevoir de la vitamine D, c\u2019est bien \u00e9videmment l\u2019exposition contr\u00f4l\u00e9e au soleil. En fait, les personnes dont les niveaux de magn\u00e9sium sont insuffisants n\u2019ont pas de bon niveau de vitamine D.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le magn\u00e9sium aide non seulement \u00e0 transporter la vitamine D dans le sang, mais active \u00e9galement ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s.
