Uno di questi aminoacidi \u00e8 la glutammina. L&#8217;aminoacido semi-essenziale pi\u00f9 abbondante e polivalente dell&#8217;organismo. Perch\u00e9 lo definiamo semi-essenziale? Perch\u00e9 i ricercatori sostengono che il nostro organismo non \u00e8 in grado di produrre una quantit\u00e0 sufficiente di glutammina. Ci\u00f2 implica che, in alcune situazioni cliniche specifiche, \u00e8 necessario fornire un apporto extra di questo aminoacido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cos&#8217;\u00e8 la glutammina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La glutammina \u00e8 l&#8217;aminoacido pi\u00f9 diffuso nell&#8217;organismo. Anche se \u00e8 considerato un aminoacido non essenziale, poich\u00e9 pu\u00f2 essere sintetizzato dall&#8217;organismo, si possono verificare casi in cui le riserve di glutammina possono esaurirsi in seguito a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alterazioni del sistema immunitario.<\/li><li>Modifiche nella struttura e nella funzione della mucosa intestinale.<\/li><li>Modifica del tessuto linfatico.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La maggior parte degli specialisti, viste queste considerazioni, consiglia di compensare queste carenze di glutammina assumendola per via orale. La glutammina \u00e8 coinvolta in numerosi processi metabolici in diversi organi e sistemi. Per queste ragioni, la glutammina \u00e8 stata anche considerata l&#8217;aminoacido pi\u00f9 versatile nella fisiologia umana. Da qui la sua importanza come nutriente. L&#8217;esercizio estremo o lo stress derivante da interventi chirurgici, cos\u00ec come la somministrazione di corticosteroidi comportano un aumento dell&#8217;assorbimento di glutammina da parte dell&#8217;intestino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Benefici della glutammina in relazione alla salute intestinale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/glutamina-aparato-digestivo-2-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10517\" width=\"560\" height=\"733\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tre studi verificati hanno dimostrato i benefici della glutammina in relazione alla salute intestinale. Pi\u00f9 di trenta soggetti adulti in sovrappeso hanno assunto glutammina per due settimane; in questo trial \u00e8 stato osservato un miglioramento del bilanciamento del microbiota intestinale, per cui si pu\u00f2 concludere che il ricorso alla glutammina \u00e8 un valido supporto nel ristabilire con successo le condizioni favorevoli della flora intestinale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allo stesso modo, 10 maschi attivi sono stati trattati con glutammina o placebo prima di praticare esercizi fisici intensi. Il risultato di questo trial \u00e8 una minore permeabilit\u00e0 gastrointestinale dopo la pratica sportiva. Nota come \u00ableaky gut\u00bb (sindrome da alterata permeabilit\u00e0 intestinale) \u00e8 correlata a vari disturbi digestivi, che vengono attenuati grazie all&#8217;assunzione di questo aminoacido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inoltre, in uno studio pi\u00f9 ampio su 106 pazienti con sindrome dell&#8217;intestino irritabile, \u00e8 stata somministrata <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/it\/kit-del-test-trattamento\/98-test-degli-amminoacidi.html\">glutammina<\/a><\/strong> o placebo, riducendo il livello di gravit\u00e0 della loro patologia intestinale fino a 50 punti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sono emersi altri benefici della glutammina:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Migliora la funzione immunitaria.<\/li><li>Diminuisce l&#8217;accumulo di ammoniaca nel sangue di atleti professionisti.<\/li><li>Riduce il dolore muscolare dopo l&#8217;esercizio fisico.<\/li><li>Permette di mitigare la mucosite causata dalla chemioterapia e dalla radioterapia nei pazienti oncologici.<\/li><li>Allevia i sintomi nei pazienti con anemia falciforme.<\/li><li>Stimola la funzionalit\u00e0 del sistema nervoso centrale.<\/li><\/ul>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Il nostro codice genetico impiega fino a 20 aminoacidi per costituire le proteine.
