Porque los investigadores aseguran que nuestro cuerpo no es capaz de producir suficiente glutamina. Esto significa que, en algunas situaciones cl\u00ednicas especiales, se necesita un aporte extra de este amino\u00e1cido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u00e9 es la glutamina<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La glutamina es el amino\u00e1cido m\u00e1s abundante del organismo. Aunque est\u00e1 considerado con un amino\u00e1cido no esencial, porque puede ser sintetizado por el organismo, existen casos en los que los dep\u00f3sitos de glutamina pueden vaciarse debido a:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Alteraciones del sistema inmune.<\/li><li>Cambios en la estructura y funci\u00f3n de la mucosa intestinal.<\/li><li>Modificaci\u00f3n del tejido linf\u00e1tico.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta es la raz\u00f3n por la que la mayor\u00eda de expertos aconsejan compensar estas deficiencias de glutaminas con la ingesta oral. Y es que la glutamina est\u00e1 involucrada en muchos procesos metab\u00f3licos en diferentes \u00f3rganos y sistemas. Por todo ello, tambi\u00e9n se ha considerado a la glutamina como el amino\u00e1cido m\u00e1s vers\u00e1til de la fisiolog\u00eda humana. De ah\u00ed su importancia como nutriente. Situaciones de ejercicio extremo o estr\u00e9s quir\u00fargico, as\u00ed como el uso de corticoides causan una mayor captaci\u00f3n de glutamina por parte del intestino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Beneficios de la glutamina para la salud intestinal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/glutamina-aparato-digestivo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10493\" width=\"560\" height=\"733\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Tres estudios controlados han sido los que han demostrado los beneficios de la glutamina para la salud intestinal. M\u00e1s de treinta adultos con sobrepeso recibieron glutamina durante dos semanas y se observ\u00f3 un mejorado equilibrio de la microbiota intestinal, por lo que el uso de la glutamina se concluye como un buen apoyo en el restablecimiento de la flora intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, 10 hombres activos fueron tratados con glutamina o placebo antes de practicar ejercicio intenso. El resultado fue una menor <strong>permeabilidad gastrointestinal<\/strong> despu\u00e9s de la pr\u00e1ctica de deporte. Y es que lo que se conoce como \u201cintestino permeable\u201d est\u00e1 relacionada con diversos <strong>trastornos digestivos<\/strong> reducidos gracias a la ingesta de este amino\u00e1cido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, en un estudio m\u00e1s amplio con 106 pacientes con <strong>s\u00edndrome de intestino irritable<\/strong> se les administr\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kit-de-testaje-tratamiento\/98-test-de-aminoacidos.html\">glutamina <\/a>o placebo, reduciendo hasta en 50 puntos el nivel de gravedad de su enfermedad intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros beneficios descubiertos de la glutamina son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mejora la funci\u00f3n inmunol\u00f3gica.<\/li><li>Disminuye la acumulaci\u00f3n de amoniaco en sangre en atletas de alto nivel.<\/li><li>Reduce el dolor muscular despu\u00e9s del ejercicio f\u00edsico.<\/li><li>Modera la mucositis causada por la quimioterapia y radioterapia en pacientes con c\u00e1ncer.<\/li><li>Alivia los s\u00edntomas de los pacientes con anemia de c\u00e9lulas falciformes.<\/li><li>Favorece el funcionamiento del Sistema Nervioso Central.<\/li><\/ul>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nuestro c\u00f3digo gen\u00e9tico utiliza hasta 20 amino\u00e1cidos para fabricar prote\u00ednas.
