Cela permet aux cellules plus jeunes de nettoyer ses d\u00e9chets m\u00e9taboliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9finition litt\u00e9rale de l&#8217;autophagie est de se manger soi-m\u00eame. Dans ce processus, la cellule consomme et d\u00e9compose les vieilles parties et les vieux d\u00e9chets de cellules<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce processus d&#8217;autophagie normal favorise la fonction des tissus sains, ainsi que la sant\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le vieillissement et une mauvaise alimentation contribuent \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les taux d&#8217;autophagie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 mesure que l&#8217;autophagie ralentit, les toxines et les d\u00e9chets m\u00e9taboliques s&#8217;accumulent. Ce ralentissement compromet le fonctionnement optimal des cellules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat en est que la sant\u00e9 et la fonction des cellules diminuent rapidement. Ce d\u00e9clin de l&#8217;autophagie est li\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses maladies de la vieillesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fa\u00e7ons de stimuler l&#8217;autophagie<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recherche a montr\u00e9 que pendant les p\u00e9riodes de je\u00fbne intermittent ou de restriction calorique, lorsque les nutriments sont rares, les cellules activent l&#8217;autophagie par elles-m\u00eames. L&#8217;exercice physique stimule \u00e9galement l&#8217;autophagie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au niveau cellulaire, deux prot\u00e9ines r\u00e9gulatrices jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le contr\u00f4le de l&#8217;autophagie: <strong>mTOR et AMPK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prot\u00e9ine mTOR agit comme un capteur de nutriments. Lorsque l&#8217;apport calorique est \u00e9lev\u00e9 et que les nutriments sont abondants, mTOR intervient et d\u00e9sactive l&#8217;autophagie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;inhibition de l&#8217;exc\u00e8s d&#8217;activit\u00e9 mTOR, d&#8217;autre part, peut conduire \u00e0 une autophagie accrue (\u00e9limination des d\u00e9bris cellulaires).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En d&#8217;autres termes, la consommation constante de calories emp\u00eache les vieilles cellules de nettoyer le corps par autophagie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le je\u00fbne de 16 \u00e0 18 heures peut faciliter l&#8217;autophagie, mais la plupart des gens ont besoin d&#8217;un soutien suppl\u00e9mentaire sous forme de nutriments qui suppriment l&#8217;exc\u00e8s de mTOR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prot\u00e9ine AMPK est un activateur de l&#8217;autophagie. On le trouve dans divers fruits, l\u00e9gumes tels que le brocoli et des herbes telles que le persil, la camomille, le thym, le pissenlit, le c\u00e9leri ou la queue de cheval (Pr\u00eale des champs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que la lut\u00e9oline augmente l&#8217;activit\u00e9 AMPK et inhibe la signalisation de mTOR. Cet effet active l&#8217;autophagie et am\u00e9liore ainsi le m\u00e9tabolisme cellulaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-La <strong>Piperlongumina <\/strong>est un compos\u00e9 isol\u00e9 de la plante \u00e0 poivron long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme pour la lut\u00e9oline, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9montr\u00e9 dans des \u00e9tudes de culture animale et cellulaire que la piperlongumine active l&#8217;autophagie en inhibant la signalisation mTOR et active l&#8217;AMPK.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais la piperlongumine favorise l&#8217;autophagie d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente de la lut\u00e9oline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une prot\u00e9ine connue sous le nom de beclin-1 est un activateur important de l&#8217;autophagie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre prot\u00e9ine, appel\u00e9e Bcl-2, s\u2019unie au beclin-1 et bloque sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9clencher l&#8217;autophagie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La piplongumine provoque la lib\u00e9ration de beclin-1 et bloque Bcl-2, ce qui permet d&#8217;activer l&#8217;autophagie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainsi, la lut\u00e9oline et la piperlongumine sont prometteuses pour maximiser l&#8217;autophagie saine, rajeunir les cellules et maintenir une fonction optimale.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chaque cellule du corps contient des prot\u00e9ines et d&#8217;autres composants qui servent pour des objectifs m\u00e9taboliques vitaux&nbsp;: elles r\u00e9gulent la fonction cellulaire et facilitent les r\u00e9actions biochimiques.
