Pero el envejecimiento y la mala alimentaci\u00f3n contribuyen a reducir las tasas de autofagia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A medida que la autofagia se ralentiza, se acumulan toxinas y productos de desecho metab\u00f3licos.&nbsp;Esta desaceleraci\u00f3n compromete la funci\u00f3n celular \u00f3ptima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es que la salud y la funci\u00f3n de las c\u00e9lulas&nbsp;disminuyen&nbsp;r\u00e1pidamente.&nbsp;Esta disminuci\u00f3n de la autofagia se ha relacionado con muchas enfermedades de la vejez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Maneras de estimular la autofagia<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La investigaci\u00f3n ha demostrado que durante los per\u00edodos de&nbsp;<strong>ayuno intermitente<\/strong>&nbsp;o&nbsp;restricci\u00f3n cal\u00f3rica&nbsp;, cuando los nutrientes son escasos, las c\u00e9lulas activan la&nbsp;<strong>autofagia<\/strong>&nbsp;por s\u00ed mismas.&nbsp;El&nbsp;ejercicio&nbsp;f\u00edsico&nbsp;tambi\u00e9n estimula la autofagia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A nivel celular, dos prote\u00ednas reguladoras juegan un papel clave en el control de la autofagia:&nbsp;<strong>mTOR<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>AMPK<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La prote\u00edna&nbsp;<strong>mTOR<\/strong>&nbsp;act\u00faa como sensor de nutrientes.&nbsp;Cuando&nbsp;<strong>la ingesta cal\u00f3rica<\/strong>&nbsp;es alta y los nutrientes son abundantes, mTOR se activa y&nbsp;<strong>apaga la<\/strong>&nbsp;autofagia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;La inhibici\u00f3n del exceso de&nbsp;<strong>actividad de mTOR<\/strong>, por otro lado, puede conducir a un aumento de la&nbsp;<strong>autofagia<\/strong>&nbsp;(eliminaci\u00f3n de los desechos celulares).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dicho de otra manera, el consumo constante de&nbsp;<strong>calor\u00edas<\/strong>&nbsp;niega a las c\u00e9lulas envejecidas la capacidad de limpiar la casa a trav\u00e9s de la&nbsp;<strong>autofagia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;El ayuno de&nbsp;<strong>16 a 18 horas <\/strong>puede facilitar la autofagia, pero la mayor\u00eda de las personas necesitan apoyo complementario en forma de nutrientes que supriman el exceso de&nbsp;<strong>mTOR<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La prote\u00edna AMPK<\/strong>&nbsp;es un&nbsp;<strong>activador<\/strong>&nbsp;de la autofagia.&nbsp;Se ha demostrado que la estimulaci\u00f3n de la AMPK mejora la salud metab\u00f3lica y la vida \u00fatil de nuestras c\u00e9lulas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/celulas-jovenes-1-1024x512.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10414\" width=\"582\" height=\"291\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/celulas-jovenes-1-1024x512.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/celulas-jovenes-1-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/celulas-jovenes-1-768x384.jpg 768w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/celulas-jovenes-1.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 582px) 100vw, 582px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Los dos nutrientes que estimulan la autofagia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Con este conocimiento, los cient\u00edficos se propusieron descubrir formas eficaces de estimular la autofagia y comprobaron la existencia de <strong>dos nutrientes que pueden estimular la autofagia: el flavonoide luteolina y la piperlongumina,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><strong>La luteolina<\/strong>&nbsp;pertenece al&nbsp;grupo de&nbsp;<strong>flavonoides<\/strong>&nbsp;de nutrientes vegetales.&nbsp;Se encuentra en varias frutas, verduras como el br\u00f3coli y hierbas como el perejil, la manzanilla, el tomillo, el diente de le\u00f3n, el apio o la cola de caballo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se ha demostrado que la luteolina&nbsp;<strong>aumenta la<\/strong>&nbsp;actividad de&nbsp;<strong>AMPK<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>inhibe la<\/strong>&nbsp;se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>mTOR<\/strong>. Este efecto activa&nbsp; la&nbsp;<strong>autofagia<\/strong>&nbsp;y con ello se mejora el metabolismo celular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong><strong>La piperlongumina<\/strong>&nbsp;es un compuesto aislado de la&nbsp;planta de&nbsp;<strong>pimiento largo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Al igual que la luteolina, se ha demostrado en estudios de cultivos celulares y animales que la piperlongumina&nbsp;<strong>activa la autofagia<\/strong>&nbsp;al inhibir la se\u00f1alizaci\u00f3n de mTOR y activa AMPK.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero la piperlongumina fomenta la autofagia de otra forma distinta a la luteolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una prote\u00edna conocida como&nbsp;<strong>beclin-1<\/strong>&nbsp;es un&nbsp;importante <em>activador<\/em>&nbsp;&nbsp;de la&nbsp;<strong>autofagia<\/strong>.<br>Otra prote\u00edna, llamada&nbsp;<strong>Bcl-2<\/strong>, se une a beclin-1 y&nbsp;<em>bloquea<\/em>&nbsp;su capacidad para iniciar la autofagia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Piperlongumina provoca la liberaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>beclin-1<\/strong>&nbsp;y bloquea la Bcl-2, lo que permite activar la autofagia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As\u00ed pues, la luteolina y la piperlongumina son prometedoras para maximizar la autofagia saludable, rejuvenecer las c\u00e9lulas y mantener su funci\u00f3n \u00f3ptima.<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cada c\u00e9lula del cuerpo contiene&nbsp;prote\u00ednas&nbsp;y otros componentes que sirven para prop\u00f3sitos metab\u00f3licos vitales, desde regular la funci\u00f3n celular hasta facilitar reacciones bioqu\u00edmicas.
