<strong>incapacidad de la sangre para transportar ox\u00edgeno<\/strong>, ya sea por falta de hemoglobina o por mala funci\u00f3n de esta o de los gl\u00f3bulos rojos. Puede haber falta de gl\u00f3bulos rojos cuantitativa o cualitativa. Cada gl\u00f3bulo rojo tiene una vida aproximada entre 90 y 120 d\u00edas; en la anemia hemol\u00edtica los gl\u00f3bulos mueren antes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">El s\u00edntoma de la anemia m\u00e1s importante es la falta de ox\u00edgeno necesario para la realizaci\u00f3n de los procesos biol\u00f3gicos en la c\u00e9lula. Se entiende la anemia <strong>no como una enfermedad en si, sino como un s\u00edntoma<\/strong> causado por alg\u00fan otro problema m\u00e1s profundo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Los s\u00edntomas principales son:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Palidez<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Palpitaciones<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Disnea de esfuerzo<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Taquicardias<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Angina de pecho<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Mareos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Problemas de movimiento y equilibrio<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Problemas de memoria<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Anorexia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Mal humor, irritabilidad<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Parestesias<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Petequias<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Diarreas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Dispepsias<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Adem\u00e1s suelen tener muchas lesiones musculares, contracturas y riesgo de c\u00e1ncer o de su proliferaci\u00f3n al no tener una buena oxigenaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Tipos de anemia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Las mas importantes son las siguientes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>Anemia perniciosa<\/strong>: Producida por falta de vitamina B12. Necesitan una dosis suplementaria cada mes mediante inyecci\u00f3n. Normalmente suele ocurrir que su flora intestinal es incapaz de fabricarla. Afecta adem\u00e1s al sistema nervioso, sistema cardiovascular y gastrointestinal.<strong><\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>Anemia hemol\u00edtica<\/strong>: Como ya apuntamos al inicio del art\u00edculo se da como consecuencia de un acortamiento de la vida de los gl\u00f3bulos rojos, hay tres clases:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&#8211; Defecto molecular dentro de la c\u00e9lula.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&#8211; Defecto de la membrana de la c\u00e9lula.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">&#8211; Defecto del entorno celular, del plasma\u2026 (Puede ser causado por tratamiento con corticoides).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify; padding-left: 30px;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Puede estar relacionada con alg\u00fan tipo de<strong> infecci\u00f3n v\u00edrica, metales pesados, problemas de metabolismo<\/strong>. Hay que<strong> testar la m\u00e9dula \u00f3sea que es el origen de la c\u00e9lula sangu\u00ednea<\/strong>. En \u00faltimo caso habr\u00eda que mirar infecciones intestinales con<strong> permeabilidad intestinal<\/strong> lo que estar\u00eda permitiendo que pasaran toxinas a la sangre y al plasma.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>Anemia hemol\u00edtica autoinmune<\/strong>: El propio sistema inmune ataca los gl\u00f3bulos rojos (un tipo de lupus). Tenemos que buscar infecciones de garganta, pulm\u00f3n, renal, en h\u00edgado, hay que encontrar las bacterias.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>Anemia ferrop\u00e9nica<\/strong>: Es por falta de hierro necesario para producir la hemoglobina. Esta tiene un receptor para capturar el hierro, si este receptor est\u00e1 inh\u00e1bil por la presencia de t\u00f3xicos no funciona correctamente. Muchas veces los t\u00f3xicos de las c\u00e1ndidas, cuando llegan al h\u00edgado los ant\u00edgenos bloquean los receptores de hierro de la hemoglobina. <span style=\"mso-spacerun: yes;\">\u00a0<\/span>Se puede encontrar en mujeres con menstruaciones fuertes, o si hay p\u00e9rdida de hierro a nivel intestinal o por las heces. Hay que tener mucho cuidado al darle hierro a una persona ya que si tiene una infecci\u00f3n estaremos dando de comer a las bacterias. Por ello tenemos que buscar infecciones y dar vitamina C.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>Talasemia<\/strong>: Es un defecto en la s\u00edntesis de hemoglobina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><strong>Anemia falciforme<\/strong>: Gl\u00f3bulos rojos deformados en forma de hoz, causados por un problema en la hemoglobina.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1051\" title=\"testaje anemia en kinesiologia\" src=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/testaje-anemia1-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/testaje-anemia1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/kinepharma.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/testaje-anemia1-1024x682.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/h2>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Testaje<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Se puede realizar de dos formas diferentes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Testamos la propia sangre del paciente (una gota) o<strong> la ampolla de sangre<\/strong>, si me da AR y este es anulado con <strong>la ampolla de sulfur 2000 DH<\/strong> (que es la falta de oxigenaci\u00f3n) es que hay anemia. Ambas ampollas podemos encontrarlas en un<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kits-de-testaje\/12-test-basico-ampliado.html\"> kit de testaje b\u00e1sico<\/a>.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Se hace <strong>respirar al paciente 15 veces<\/strong> aproximadamente, en una bolsa de papel, dentro. Si el test da AR lo grabamos y vemos si este AR es anulado por la ampolla de oxigenaci\u00f3n. Si no es as\u00ed testar\u00edamos con mudras y ver\u00edamos las causas de ese AR.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Terapia<\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Como ya hemos dicho antes <strong>hay que buscar infecciones bacterianas, infecciones e intoxicaci\u00f3n en general<\/strong> (puede ser necesario desbloquearle la sangre, es un foco y se desbloquea con el <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kinepharma.es\/es\/kits-de-testaje\/17-test-nosodes.html\">nosode<\/a>),<strong> problemas de absorci\u00f3n intestinas, perdida de hierro o autoinmunidad.<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Para llevar a cabo una terapia de reposici\u00f3n tenemos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Sangre del propio paciente a la diluci\u00f3n decimal que anule el AR<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Mosto de uva negra. Contiene mucho hierro. Para ni\u00f1os mezclarlo con una cucharadita de polen.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Oligoelementos: cobalto (i\u00f3nico), cobre, zinc, calcio..<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Hierro en oligoelemento o ponderal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Vitaminas del grupo B (B12, B9, B6..).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Sal de Schussler n\u00ba 3.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">H\u00edgado desecado.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"mso-ansi-language: ES-TRAD;\" lang=\"ES-TRAD\">Liquen de Islandia: mejora la capacidad de la hemoglobina de capturar hierro y mejora el PH.
