Estudos recentes conclu\u00edram que o consumo de melatonina pode ser um grande aliado na perda de gordura.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>O que \u00e9 a melatonina<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quando a noite chega e a escurid\u00e3o se torna protagonista, a nossa gl\u00e2ndula pineal \u00e9 estimulada e produz melatonina. Trata-se de uma hormona que promove o sono e cuja produ\u00e7\u00e3o diminui \u00e0 medida que a luz vai surgindo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Isto significa que as pessoas com problemas para produzir melatonina t\u00eam frequentemente dist\u00farbios do sono, tais como ins\u00f3nias.<br \/>\nEstas altera\u00e7\u00f5es dos ritmos circadianos n\u00e3o s\u00e3o muito positivas para a sa\u00fade, pois alteram diretamente o funcionamento do nosso metabolismo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A influ\u00eancia do consumo de melatonina na obesidade<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Uma equipa de investigadores descobriu que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de melatonina pode estar relacionada diretamente com o aumento de peso. Para realizar o estudo, escolheram um grupo de roedores obesos aos quais foi administrada regularmente uma quantidade de melatonina. Isto \u00e9, sem ter de tomar medidas sobre a ingest\u00e3o de alimentos ou atividade f\u00edsica do paciente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>A import\u00e2ncia de dormir bem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ter uma boa noite de sono \u00e9 um sinal de boa sa\u00fade.
