Des \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes ont conclu que la consommation de m\u00e9latonine pourrait \u00eatre un grand alli\u00e9 dans la perte de graisse.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Qu&#8217;est-ce que la m\u00e9latonine?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Lorsque la nuit tombe, l&#8217;obscurit\u00e9 se fait bien \u00e9videmment plus intense et notre glande pin\u00e9ale est stimul\u00e9e en produisant de la m\u00e9latonine. Une hormone qui nous aide \u00e0 dormir et dont la production diminue \u00e0 mesure que la lumi\u00e8re appara\u00eet. Cela signifie que les personnes ayant des probl\u00e8mes de production de m\u00e9latonine ont souvent des troubles du sommeil tels que l&#8217;insomnie. Ces alt\u00e9rations des rythmes circadiens ne sont pas tr\u00e8s favorables pour la sant\u00e9, car elles alt\u00e8rent directement le fonctionnement de notre m\u00e9tabolisme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Comment la consommation de m\u00e9latonine affecte l&#8217;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une \u00e9quipe de chercheurs a d\u00e9couvert que la production de m\u00e9latonine pourrait \u00eatre directement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la prise de poids. Pour mener \u00e0 bien leurs recherches, ils ont choisi un groupe de rongeurs ob\u00e8ses auxquels on a r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement administr\u00e9 une quantit\u00e9 de m\u00e9latonine. Autrement dit, sans avoir \u00e0 prendre de mesures sur l&#8217;apport alimentaire ou l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique chez le patient.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L&#8217;importance de bien dormir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bien dormir est un signe de bonne sant\u00e9. Le corps r\u00e9cup\u00e8re non seulement l&#8217;\u00e9nergie, mais se pr\u00e9pare pour pouvoir remplir les fonctions primaires de notre corps. Les personnes qui s\u00e9gr\u00e8guent moins de m\u00e9latonine pendant la nuit, ne se reposent non seulement pas bien, mais ont tendance \u00e0 accumuler plus de graisses.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des conclusions r\u00e9centes sur le r\u00f4le de la m\u00e9latonine sur l&#8217;ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 sont tr\u00e8s positives dans la lutte contre l&#8217;exc\u00e8s de poids. Cette hormone pourrait devenir un outil tr\u00e8s utile pour r\u00e9soudre l&#8217;un des principaux probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 dans le monde.
